  1. Tories only call for a general election when they are convinced they can win. Of course Boris might be threatening to call for a general election, which would be a good way of shutting-up the malcontents in his party who might be afraid of losing their seats.

  2. Hi Marjorie,

It’s being reported that the U.S. Supreme Court is now poised to overturn Roe vs. Wade as a result of a draft majority opinion that was written by Justice Alito.

It’s making big news right now and Politico, Newsweek, and other major news sources have just issued reports. It’s also trending on Twitter.

I know you’ve discussed Roe vs. Wade in previous posts. However, I was wondering if you had any further astrological insights to add regarding this issue. It does seem like an awfully arrogant move by SCOTUS given that the midterm elections are just around the corner and Republicans (who are currently favored to take back the House and Senate) could lose momentum by galvanizing hordes of women voters to the polls who would likely vote Democrat in response.

I’m not a woman but I do support Roe vs. Wade and women’s reproductive rights.

Any thoughts or insights you have, please share. Thank you in advance.

  3. Actress Thandiwe Newton appears to be passing through a period of upheaval, I would be interested to know if her chart shows anything? Thank you.

  4. Hello Marjorie, Michelle Mone, Tory peer 8.10.71, had her home raided by police and her husbands offices on the Isle of Man on the 27th April. She is accused after a 12 month police investigation of serious financial crimes involving the corruptly won contract to supply PPE during covid. Not only a gross rip off of the tax payer via “VIP Lane” Tory procurement practices, but highly dangerous to health and care staff because the kit was not fit for purpose. If you get a chance to look at this dreadful creature, thank you. Last knocking of Pluto in Capricorn I hope….

  5. The work of Walter Sickert is being featured at the Tate. Was he merely intrigued by the murders or was there more to the story?

  6. Often it is the after shocks that cause the worst damage, rather than the earthquakes. So at 5.7! The effects could be horrendous!

  7. Hi Marjorie, There buzz in the Tory leaning newspapers about Johnson calling an early election in 2023 to save his premiership.
Johnson’s team believes that early election will give any rival insufficient time to prepare for leadership challenge. They seem to be gearing for it.
Do you see UK going into election in 2023?

  8. Two somewhat random topics for when the days news is quite bleak and one wants to look at charts of events in the past.

The (UK) Home Office, also formally called the Home Department, is also about to go through a Pluto Return.

From Wikipedia; “On 27 March 1782; 240 years ago, the Home Office was formed by renaming the existing Southern Department, with all existing staff transferring. On the same day, the Northern Department was renamed the Foreign Office.”

Coud you have a look at that Great Office of State, Marjorie?

For readers outside the UK, the Home Office has responsibilities for immigration and policing in the UK, and more broadly a mixture of tasks that are not the respondibilty of any other department within England. It is similar to Ministries of the Interior in European states, but nothing at all like the US Department of the Interior, which is more about land management.

Also, at some time in the future, could you cast the chart for Catherine I of Russia? The lesser known Catherine, she was born in a poor house, orphaned at five years of age, and was a laundrywoman or scullery maid, before becoming the mistress of Peter the Great, then his wife and after his death, Empress Regnant of Russia. That sounds like a spectacular rags-to-riches tale and it was allegedly said by Voltaire that her life was almost as extraordinary as that of Peter the Great himself.

Wikipedia, quoting the Encyclopedia Britannica, gives her date of birth as 15 April 1684 (o.s. 5 April), but the location was unknown, though most of the locations listed on Wikipedia would place her birth near modern day Latvia.

Issue with Catherine I is that there is no reliable TOB for her. Wikipedia quotes Encyclopædia Britannica, but since neither her exact place of her birth isn’t known, and there’s some dispute on who mothered her, it’s hard to see how they’d obtained the date.

  9. Any astrological insights regarding the recent earthquake that occurred in Bosnia and Herzegovina? I read that it was pretty powerful.

  10. Hi Marjorie. Can you please take a look at the Federal Reserve chart? The monetary system in America is getting ready to collapse again as the Feds continue to print money out of thin air. They are needing to print more money now than ever before in order to make up for Covid losses and now the war in Ukraine they are helping fund. This is going to create scarcity and major inflation which could lead to the biggest economic downfall in history, similar to the Great Depression. Once again, large corporations will continue to reap the most amount of profits from this and the gap will continue to widen. Based on the movements of the celestial bodies over the next few years and decade, we are coming upon major changes in our world and I have a feeling the US will be a big part of that, as its rolling in its Pluto return right now. We still haven’t felt the effects but they will continue to ramp up as the celestial bodies kick into gear in a few years.

I am very curious as to where the American federal reserve system is headed and what things look like coming up in the near future.

    Thank you!

  11. Thank you for your insightful posts on politics and current events. I love checking this blog everyday for updates on my favorite topics.

To switch to a bit of a different topic, can you analyze the charts of Jlo and Ben Affleck given their new engagement? I read your last post on them a year or so ago and it didn’t seem like Ben was ready to settle down. Having followed them through the press and their music and movies, I did not think was a relationship that was going to last.
I am curious what the new astrological events have to say.

    Many thanks.

  12. Hello. Would you please take a look at Liam Neeson’s chart? He’s approaching 70. I assume grief and loss still are prominent.

    Thank you.

  13. Moldova – see post March 8th below. All neighbouring countries look on high alert in the near future and for months ahead.
