Tiger Woods has had yet another crash, after rolling his car when he hit a truck at speed. He was released on bail following his arrest on charges of driving under the influence, not of alcohol which tested clear, but of drugs. He has been recovering from rupturing an Achilles tendon in March 2025 and back surgery in October, as well as a massive amount of injury from a 2021 car crash which left him fortunate to be alive. In 2017 he was slumped at the wheel of his parked Mercedes-Benz and found to have several legal medications in his system and marijuana’s active ingredient. In 2009 he hit a fire hydrant, a tree and several hedges in a collision outside his home.
Born 30 December 1975 10.50 pm Long Beach, California, he has a 4th house Capricorn Sun in a high-powered square to a super-confident Pluto opposition Jupiter in Aries. His Sagittarius Moon on his IC is in a short-fused opposition to Mars in his 9th. With his over-active Mars in a determined trine to Pluto and in a publicity-attracting opposition to Neptune.
He’s a driven, competitive individual for whom inactivity due to injury and waning powers due to age will be difficult to handle. He does have Pluto moving through his performing 5th house from years ahead so he will be determined to be taken as a person of consequence.
He does not have Mars in his 3rd which might be expected from an overly fast driver but he does have tr Uranus opposition his 3rd house Venus exactly now – so perhaps his complicated emotional life might have been partly a trigger – especially now that I look his Sun/Moon midpoint has been stressed recently.
In the time ahead with his Progressed Moon moving into his financial 2nd house within weeks and staying there for two years plus tr Pluto square his 2nd house Uranus in 2027/28 it suggests his finances won’t be as stable as before and a matter of concern.
His Solar Arc Sun moving through his 6th house of health since 2022 is on final degree Aquarius which caught the recent Solar Eclipse which in a marginally obscure way does suggest a crisis.
Although there is no indication that he is about to sink into seclusion any time soon he will be facing a tricky year ahead with tr Saturn in hard aspect to his Sun, Pluto, Jupiter T- Square through till early 2027 which will be discouraging and face him up to certain realities. Then from 2028 tr Neptune in Aries catches up through till the early 2030s undermining his driving T square which is usually not great for ego, pride and personal glory.
And Tiger has Solar Arc Saturn (at his Virgo ASC) squaring his Sagittarius Moon at IC, suggesting a significant individual turning point or crisis. Perhaps created by a lunar tolerance for risk and excess, mixed with a lack of personal responsibility and firm boundaries (Saturn).
