Vance is in a slightly different position to Rubio as he is an elected Vice President. This means he cannot be summarily dismissed by Trump unlike other Cabinet officers. His natal Uranus is conjunct Antares, a pretty combative placement with an inclination for the native to want both fight and destroy enemies whether real or perceived. Oddly despite these martial overtones it seems he was not an insider on the planning of the attack on Iran and was not in the Trump war room when the initial strike was carried out. It could be something related to JD’s personal life, since his Uranus is in 4th house and Sagittarius. He recently said something about Usha telling hims she’d not carry child number four if he accepted Vice presidency, but he got both. As a Capricorn Moon, I feel Usha, with her strong Capricorn, including Sun/Venus and Virgo Moon does not appreciate this talk.

This is an aside – but, Vance (and Thiel) are followers of American monarchist Curtis Yarvin (June 25, 1973) who believes the Enlightenment was a mistake and the root of all they think is wrong with society in the present day.
