Jill Biden memoir – recollections differ

Jill Biden’s memoir has not been greeted with rapture with criticisms of rewriting history and dodging accountability for the 2024 loss. One reviewer went so far as to say :“ For a quick buck and a reputational overhaul she’s selling out her husband by dishing the most intimate, undignified details of his private health struggles.”

 Born 3 June 1951 8.58pm Hammonton, New Jersey, she married Joe, then a widower with two children, in 1977, having divorced her first husband who was subsequently charged with murdering his next wife; and moved through teaching to became a professor of English.

  She has a hard-working and argumentative Sun, Mars, Moon conjunction in Gemini in her 6^th house; with a serious Saturn in her well-educated, knowledgeable 9^th trine Mercury in her 5^th house of children and entertainment. Her Cardinal T square of Jupiter in upfront Aries in her communication 3^rd house opposition a creative/helpful/evasive Neptune in her 10^th square Uranus in her 7^th would give her initiative and a desire to push back boundaries. She also has an intense and secretive Venus in Cancer in her 8^th along with Pluto there which hints at a tendency to pull strings behind the scenes.

 Her Uranus in her 7^th and indeed her Mars sitting on her Sun/Moon midpoint would not suggest an easy run where close relationships were concerned. And with Joe Biden also having Uranus as well as Saturn in his 7^th, it was probably as well that both had busy independent career lives that kept them apart a fair amount of the time.

 Her Saturn falling in his 10^th would give her the urge to organise him on a practical level; with her emotionally intense Venus conjunct his Jupiter and trine his Scorpio stellium for good feelings, and her Jupiter in his domestic 4^th for ditto. They made it work despite being polar opposite in temperament – he being a multi-Scorpio with a Taurus Moon and she a New Moon in Gemini.

  Their relationship chart has a strongly aspected Jupiter which is a blessing for smoothing out tensions – it squares the composite Sun, is sextile Saturn and trine Neptune. The composite Moon is more troublesome being square the composite Pluto/Mars midpoint and square both individually.

  At the moment she’s heading into a turbulent few years with tr Uranus conjunct her Moon from this August onwards into 2027 followed by tr Uranus conjunct her Mars and then Sun through until the turn of the decade. Her Solar Arc Saturn which was in a downbeat opposition to her Moon over the 2024 election is moving to a jolting-shock opposition to her Mars by 2028 and three years later opposition her Sun.  Tr Neptune will also make a disappointing conjunction to her Jupiter and square her Uranus in 2028/29. Tr Saturn is doing similar this year for a confidence denting phase.

 While her reputation is not doing well, Hunter has been causing a stir on Substack and in podcasts. “So let me get this straight,” he wrote on Twitter/X. “Jake Tapper is focused on attacking my Mom. Jared and Ivanka are building a private island paradise on Albanian protected land. Don Jr married the daughter of Epstein’s banker, and a startup his fund backs just got a record $620M Pentagon loan. Eric is taking an Israeli drone company public for $1.5B in the middle of a war with Iran that nobody wanted. Please.”

Born 4 February 1970 1.46pm Wilmington, Delaware, he has a Sun Venus in Aquarius in his communication and far-travelled 9^th; and a Moon in Capricorn on the cusp of his 8^th house. An ambitious 10^th house Mars in Aries is in an excitable opposition to Uranus; an up-and-down Saturn opposition Jupiter in Scorpio in his sociable 5^th house; with a disruptive Pluto Uranus in his 4^th of family and domestic life.

 He’ll be on a confident roll this year and next with tr Pluto square his Jupiter. But in general he is in a restrictive phase financially and otherwise for years ahead with tr Pluto moving through his financial 8^th. Plus his Solar Arc Saturn will conjunct his Ascendant by 2028 which will be discouraging for his image; and in 2029/30 like Jill he will be sinking under Neptunian hard aspects, in his case to his Mars and Uranus. With a few setbacks or even accidents this year from tr Saturn conjunct his Mars and opposition Uranus.
