The two Trump henchmen, son-in-law Jared Kushner and son Donald Jnr, will be a better guide ahead since neither is likely to be tossed aside as other high-level appointees might be when/if they fall out of favour.
Donald Jnr, 31 December 1977, starts a long trail of transiting Neptune undermining his Venus in Capricorn from this June onwards and moving on to square his Sun in 2029/30. None of which looks successful or confident. His Solar Arc Uranus will conjunct his Venus for further upsets this year, emotional and financial.
Tr Saturn will square his Jupiter and then his Venus Sun from early this February 2026 to January 2027 for another discouraging patch. Tr Uranus is square his Saturn throughout 2026 for tensions and eruptions of impatience. His Solar Arc Sun will oppose his Saturn for a downbeat 2027. Early 2028 he has SA Mars square his Jupiter for an impulsive, over-confident push.
None of which may mean disaster for him since working at that high level is stressful. But he looks to be hitting the skids by 2029 with an undermining tr Neptune square his Sun and worse tr Pluto opposition his Mars in 2029/30 which will be trapped and frustratingly stuck.
His relationship with his father is none too upbeat this year with tr Saturn and then Neptune conjunct the composite Sun; with tensions and upheavals from tr Uranus square the composite Uranus. If Trump senior continues to sing and dance, 2030/31 will be worse between them.
Jared Kushner, 10 January 1981, follows roughly the same trajectory as Trump Jnr since his Mars at 8 degrees catches the tr Pluto conjunction throughout 2028/29 which will be completely blocked. And 2029/30 look fraught in terms of money and ambitions.
Before then, his relationship chart with Trump Snr will be edgy and impatient this year from May onwards with tr Uranus square their composite Saturn at one degree Virgo. Tr Neptune will square their composite Sun throughout 2027 and right through the 2028 election which suggests either that joint ventures are not producing hoped-for results – and/or that Kushner is well out of favour. The election itself has tr Uranus square the composite Uranus upsetting their apple cart. [Though to be noted Kushner has had health problems recently – so any recurrence would obviously affect the above.]
Of the other two top level wingmen:
Marco Rubio, 28 May 1971, is having an unstable and chaotic time from now until early 2028 with tr Uranus opposition his Jupiter Neptune in Sagittarius and conjunct his Saturn in late Taurus and Gemini Sun – there could be scandals (Jupiter Neptune) as well as overly optimistic plans being exposed as unrealistic. His relationship with Trump will be mired in confusion with losses and rising worries from exactly now to mid February and again mid August to mid December 2026.
J.D. Vance, 2 August 1984 8.11am Middletown, Ohio, has more of a mixed bag with some pluses as well as minuses. Tr Uranus is square his Ascendant at the moment as he attempts to alter his image. Tr Neptune (and Saturn) is square his 5th house Jupiter this year and into next which will deflate his confidence with failed plans; with an uncertain SA Neptune opposition his Saturn in 2027 and a lacklustre SA Neptune opposition his Sun exact in early 2028. His SA Pluto will also upend his 4th house Uranus this year perhaps hinting at domestic upheavals.
But by the election in 2028 he has an upbeat Solar Arc Mars conjunct his Jupiter and Solar Arc Midheaven opposition his Jupiter which will restore his self-esteem and morale; with tr Jupiter in Libra propping up his Libra Moon late year and heading to bring success as it is conjunct his Pluto after the Inauguration. Though he won’t enjoy what comes after since tr Pluto opposition his Leo Sun and square his Saturn will make 2029/30 extremely tough going.
His relationship chart with Trump has not much showing apart from some aggravation at the moment – and birth times being accurate – issues around health and money looming large.
None of which means Vance would win if he stood in 2028 – much river to flow under the bridge before then – but the fate of Donald Jnr and Kushner might suggest with more certainty that the Trump years are over by 2028 and on.

Interestingly, JD Vance has gone on record telling he is willing to negotiate with Iranian Government, while Trump just (morning of Jan 13th in the US) published a message telling demonstrator to hold on, with help coming. He has also inserted himself to negotiation with Danish and Greenlandish counterparts. It somehow feels he is stepping to DJT’s lawn too much too soon – if you look at Rubio, he will always make it clear that DJT is the boss. Although it became clear, in a meeting with oil industry leaders, that he is, indeed advising DJT in a very deep level.
I am also thinking about that “Vanity Fair” article with Susie Wiles interviews she’d later negate. She is the one who decides who gets DJT’s ear, and she seems to like Rubio better than most WH people.
Interesting to see where this goes when they have to admit the inevitable, that DJT is in a steep decline by now, and unlikely to make it to 2028
It is difficult to imagine that anyone close to Trump at the present time will survive unscathed. And if Democrats are successful in the midterms and on into the next Presidential election, it seems a fair bet they will go after any member of the Trump tream who has been personally enriched by Trump policies.
@Ally I think these worries about “violence” from Democrats are very overblown, and are mostly based on projections from the likes of Fox News hosts and administration mouthpieces. What you fear is very unlikely, at least coming from the Democratic side. Statistically, in the U.S., right-wing extremist commits political violence much, much more frequently than left-wingers. The bigger worry is that thwarted maga voters will erupt in violence, as they did on J6, and seem to do periodically, even when they get their way.
I think what you’re conflating with “violence” are actually demands that the maga era and the crimes of the administration be litigated fully through congressional investigations and in the court system. Many believe there will need to be something like a truth and reconciliation commision and home-grown Nuremberg-type trials to make sure the architects and implementers of this lawless and violent regime are held fully to account and punished to the full extent of the law.
There’s a feeling that we’ve had too many episodes in recent American history where justice has been denied in the name of a spurious “unity” that has allowed the rich and powerful to get away with murder–often literally; as if true unity could ever be built on a foundation of injustice.
It’s not just Republicans who are at fault, either–Obama committed the same injustice against the American people when he gave the Bushies a pass for war crimes and refused to prosecute the banksters who nearly destroyed the economy and cost millions their savings, homes and livelihoods (with all that implies in a society where individual economic security is paramount, since the social safety net has been reduced to cobwebs). And Biden allowed the ridiculous Merrick Garland to slow-walk prosecution of not only the orange man himself, but also of those in Congress who abetted the January 6 insurrection. We are now stuck with the nightmarish second trump administration as a direct result of this dereliction.
I think younger and more progressive Democrats are mostly warning the Democratic traditionalist that “business as usual” won’t fly this time. The thought is that without clear accountability and punishment, there is no disincentive for the next wave of racist right-wing idiots who want to inflict a political cult on the rest of us.
Well said! I agree there must be true accountability and legislative and constitutional reforms to prevent a similar theft and hijacking of our country and constitution again. And yes, something like a Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Nuremberg trials to punish the instigators and perpetrators, as well as the looters and murderers, are appropriate. Everyone I know wants legitimate prosecutions and justice, not Trump-style perversions of justice and lynchings.
Trump and his ilk will be gone before if not by 2028. But what concerns me is not the Republicans (who have proved to be weak minded and enablers). Rather, it is the Democratic party that is a mystery.
Will they go back to “let bygones be bygones” and let things normalize again? Or will they decide that being nice (like they tried to do during Obama and Biden’s times) will get them nowhere?
I am not advocating violence on either party. But I know Democrats are truly angered after two Trump terms and they want vengeance. I have heard people suggest everything from “locking Republicans up” to “let’s deport all ICE agents.” I have even heard a few suggest that there should be a “purge” where people killing MAGA participants are pardoned and even rewarded. These statements are chilling.
I am angry at Republicans too and hope that they never get back into power until they get rid of MAGA once and for all. I even hope some of the key players in MAGA get punished because Republicans will never change unless they learn there are consequences for their actions. But I want legal consequences, not violence. Is there any indication as to what way the Democratic party goes? Will cooler heads prevail, or do Democrats become MAGA to punish MAGA? Because the anger is growing.
It’s hard to know what Vance could change his image into that would make him more palatable and for whom. A bit of bad grammar there sorry. He seems to be universally despised.
Both Trump Jr. and Kushner share a first house Chiron in Taurus. This suggests that both were born with a self-identity crisis as a roadway forward in life. Mt Chiron in Sagittarius in the 11th speaks of my disdain for fake religiosity, man-made religions and wanting to proselytize to promote fantastic be-LIE-fs.
