He is not a happy person come the election – not too much of an exaggeration to say devastated with tr Saturn opposition his Uranus Mars in Cancer in November and square his Solar Arc Pluto. With a fairly horrendous, from his point of view, 2021. He’s up for re-election so maybe not the result he wants.

D-Day invasion, Operation Overlord, occurred in 1944. Cadet Bonespur cannot find the time or words to share about the supreme sacrifices made. only to prattle on and on about sending in active duty soldiers to quell the protests…on his watch…against American and non-American citizens. He’s prattled about being the best president since…maybe…Lincoln….for the black man.
I’ve seen only brief and scattered acknowledgements of that WW2 action. No announcements of VFW parades or even cancellations of such remembrance parades.
Thoughts and observations welcomed.

Browsing the internet turned up a couple of sites that posit the idea that Boris Johnson may not stay PM for long. I know you’ve done his chart a few times and he is on for a sticky time of it for the foreseeable future. My question is who would likely be the successor if he stood down? Not many names stand out and a couple who would have been in the frame have not covered themselves in glory. Our thoughts settled on Gove, Sunak and Hunt as possible contenders should it come to pass. Do the stars give any clues?
A year or two ago, I thought that if Boris Johnson became prime minister, he would go at some point and Penny Mordaunt would take over. I can’t remember why exactly, I will have to look back at notes…..but I think it was mainly because of a pattern in their retrograde planets that reminded me of Swinson/Davey in the Lib Dem’s.
No idea if she has enough support in reality, just pure Astro speculation.

Ragnar1, this is encouraging, but nobody in Italy denies this led to 400 per cent excess mortality in hardest hit areas such as Bergamo in March, and very strong counter measures were needed. Italian healthcare is based on a Regional System, and what did happen in Lombardy, where people died at their homes waiting for ambulance would have been just a prelude to things in Southern, poorer regions.
What arguably didn’t happen was a significant uptick at hospitalization rate when SOME of the restrictions were lifted starting 2-3 weeks ago. But even as of today, there still are very significant restrictions at place. Schools are closed, businesses have restricted hours. Travel between regions is restricted, and these restrictions will only be lifted tomorrow.
Restrictions in NY were never nearly as comprehensive, not to speak about The UK. The UK especially has still a host of active cases.
For the record: I have a friend who is at Ambulance Service in Tuscany. As hundreds of Ambulance Crews from less hit areas of Italy, his crew volunteered for service I think late-March. These were days when Italian official covid-19 mortality hit 900-1000 a day (they are still above 50). He had a cardiac arrest patient they drove for 60 miles, past SEVEN hospitals before they found a bed. It freaking madness.
