The Princess of Wales has released a video marking her all clear from chemotherapy which is reassuring news. Though its schmaltzy, over-produced, soft-focus in a wheatfield Instagramy-feel is not to everyone’s tastes.
She has no verified birthtime though 7pm 9 January 1982 Reading, England, fits well enough with her recent health scare. Tr Pluto moved into her 6th house of health on this birth time from 2020 onwards and was joined by the Progressed Moon ten months ago. Plus her Solar Arc Neptune was conjunct her 6th house Venus in 2023 so there has been a build up of pressures. Her health will be a continuing preoccupation for a while if the birth time is sound.
What will be keeping her morale high this year and next until January 2026 is tr Pluto square her Jupiter/Pluto midpoint on and off. She will be overly-emotional at the moment with tr Pluto square her Venus/Node midpoint till late this November; with a few minor setbacks at the same time (probably not health).
Her Mars like William’s is in Libra and will catch this October’s Solar Eclipse and be opposed by the Aries Eclipse next late March. She may be running around and trying to do too much from this October onwards as Mars revs up her forward gear and she will be assertive, at times competitive or argumentative. And with William in the same mood it will be lively chez the Wales residence.
2025 looks a year of sudden surprises with her Solar Arc Sun square her (maybe) 4th house Uranus, which if the houses are accurate could be a house move or family upheaval. Tr Uranus into Gemini from mid 2025 will be overly-excitable or argumentative into 2026 when her Solar Arc Uranus is conjunct her Sun – so it will be a time of rapid change and none-too settled.
I think her rising sign is water which sign I don’t know.
Or it could imply they need somewhere bigger than Adelaide Cottage to live. I may be completely wrong, but I did sort of wonder if they had bought her parent’s house in Bucklebury.it comes with 18 acres. Also a few year’s ago the land next door was sold. The 75 acre plot was once a safari park. The buyer’s name was being kept confidential.

For Martha – I think you are right. I have experience of that. Judy – you are right as well. I think those of us who know have watched this closely, and hope for the best. You are never completely free, and cannot go back to the old ways. You can enjoy each day.

Martha: Ovaries and ovary problems are ruled by Venus, 7th House and Libra. Her natal Venus has Solar Arced to the 7th House. Natal Saturn and n Neptune are activated in Libra….Saturn/Neptune incates this past illness. Her natal Sun in 6th House activated showing chemotherapy treatments. Gnarly Dude: I’d never really thought about how difficult Catherine’s cardinal t-square with Saturn-Pluto squaring her Cap Sun / Cancer moon is and with the nodes there too. Seems like she feels enormous pressure from her parents (and others) to present the right image, say and do the right thing. The empty Aries leg probably showing she needs to be more spontaneous and more self-centred – maybe that can begin to occur when Saturn-Neptune head into her Aries 9th in a few years time. When I first read the words of her announcement I thought they were very personal and human. But then when I heard her say them and watched the video, it felt manufactured – like it was some kind of BBC documentary. Again I feel like this is her t-square exerting itself.
Unfortunately speaking from personal experience, early stage ovarian cancer generally requires only 3 rounds of chemo in the US, and the chemo given for gynecological cancers causes patients to lose their hair as the meds are quite strong. However cold-capping can retain a decent percentage of hair if used from the start but not everyone has good results. Recommendations for later stages of ovarian cancer do call for more chemo treatments, but then prognosis is not at good as ovarian cancer has a high mortality rate. Whereas chemo for some other abdominal cancers such as colon cancer does not cause patients to lose their hair, and I think generally can be a longer course of treatment than early stage ovarian cancer. So there are all sorts of variables, and they have chosen to keep her diagnosis private.
