A glum-looking Prince Harry was wheeled out for a gaudy Kardashian Beverley Hills bash as the UK Royals were paying their respects to the dead of two world wars. Not a good look. The family freeze shows no signs of thawing out and there are hints certainly from the astrology of stresses and strains ahead in Montecito.
Harry and Meghan’s relationship chart is labouring under a panicky tr Neptune opposition Mars from late this October to end of January 2026; with transiting Saturn adding its few days of aggravation in the second week of next February. What will be decisive is Uranus moving in June 2026 to square the composite Sun and oppose both the Uranus and composite Descendant – all of which are separating influences.
The wedding chart, 19 May 2018 is also under considerable pressure with tr Pluto making its final conjunction to the Mars at the moment till early December; tr Neptune square the wedding Venus now till late January 2026; and tr Uranus conjunct the late Taurus Sun through this December and mid next March to early April 2026 = frustrations, aggravations, disappointment and upheavals.
King Charles’ relationship with Meghan continues on a downhill slide with tr Neptune Saturn opposition the composite Sun Mars till February 2027. With Harry and his father there is more a sense of disappointment at the moment and communications continuing to be at cross purposes for another two or three years.
William’s differences with his younger brother may head into a phase of opportunity for lowering tensions as tr Uranus opposes the Jupiter from mid 2026 and then Uranus till 2027. But the hard-edged competitive stand-off is likely to worsen in the years across the turn of the decade as tr Pluto opposes the Sun and squares the composite Mars.
Meghan’s various forays into Martha Stewart and Gwyneth Paltrow territory don’t seem to be rooting themselves into a workable business plan. Her lack of Earth in an Air Fire chart may be a pointer – lots of inspiration but not enough grounding.
She will bounce with more confidence after Jupiter crosses her Ascendant from June 2026 on for a year. But tr Neptune opposition her Moon, Saturn, Jupiter from June 2026 through till early 2029 look to be undermining domestically, in terms of family and confidence. Late 2027/28 looks like a collision-type series of calamities with a Solar Arc Mars square her Uranus; with even more impact from her Progressed Mars conjunct her Sun. Tr Uranus is square her Sun/Moon midpoint, the marriage significator, from mid 2027 into 2028, which again hints at a separation or at the very least a significant reappraisal of their togetherness.
Harry’s Sun/Moon midpoint is also under a separating chill by 2027 as tr Saturn is conjunct his Sun/Moon midpoint. Before then he seems rudderless and adrift with tr Neptune Saturn square his 12th house Neptune Jupiter through 2026 with his Solar Arc Midheaven conjunct his Neptune late 2026 as well. He’s got a series of unsettled and disastrous midpoint aspects across this winter and will be frustrated and stuck through 2026/27 with tr Pluto square his Sun/Mars midpoint.
Jupiter through his 8th from August 2026 for a year may bring money in but more usefully it could open him up to insights that will point a better way ahead.
He is a lost soul who may take to the end of this decade to find his feet.
It is usually Meghan that gets the criticism in the sartorial sense. But what Harry is wearing is totally bizarre. And I have never seen a pair of men’s trousers like that in my life! It is like he is wearing black boxer shorts over the trousers. Not a good look.

I wonder if Harry’s glum demeanour is that he is finally realising that the “men in grey suits” that he vilified at the Palace were actually there to help and protect him from the types of people that he is now forced to cosy up to in Meghan’s pursuit of fame and fortune? The publicity-hungry Kardashians would never have been allowed in the same company as the Royals, and I do recall a few years ago that when Kim sent a complimentary rack of her clothing line to Catherine – it was discreetly returned.
It is not as though they were even invited, which shows up as a distinctive lack of enthusiasm on the Kardassian side. In any case, Harry and Meghan left after 10 minutes. I thought these people employed bouncers to keep gatecrashers out. But if not, they should start employing them.
The royals can’t accept these things anymore because in the 1980s they were completely inundated with freebies, and it looked really bad.
Meghan Markle is releasing a Netflix holiday special.
The Duchess of Sussex announced Monday that a special episode of her lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, will arrive on the streaming platform in just a few weeks.
“Embrace traditions and make new ones this holiday season. With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration arrives December 3rd on @netflix,” she shared to her Instagram account.
Markle, 44, also teased a look at her festive holiday table in the post, wearing a green dress and looking over what appears to be a dinner table with candles, glassware, ribbons, and greenery.

Jingle (and jangle) balls all the way. Heard she is returning to acting as well. Though the crown is definitely off I doubt she regrets ditching England, simply bc Leo likes the king spot and she could never have that there.
I did notice in recent footage MM didn’t look fantastic per usual. Sadly I’ve gotten used to H appearing a bit burdened, but it seemed significant that her glow was dimmed in tandem w news of going back into the fray as working actor.
No clear release date on the acting project, but it’s easy to imagine it chiming w the separating influences around Jun 2026.
Harry and Meghan drew the ire of millions of Canadians a couple of weeks ago after showing up in Dodgers baseball caps at Los Angeles’ Dodgers Stadium for Game Four of Major League Baseball’s 2025 World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays. Seeing how Canadian taxpayers paid for the couple’s security when they were in their self-exposed exile in British Columbia immediately after abandoning official royal duties or the fact that Harry’s dad happens to be the King of Canada who went to Ottawa earlier this year to read the Speech from the Throne to open a new session of Parliament, the decision by the couple to wear the American team’s apparel was pretty stupid and tone deaf. They should have just worn nothing on their heads instead. Harry did issue an apology in Toronto a few days ago.

Snag is with Meghan, how accurate is this birth chart? Her father and siblings say she was born a few years earlier. Its all messy.

There was no secret marriage 3 days before the ‘spectacle wedding’. In the UK, civil and religious marriage ceremonies are a witnessed legal process. It is a criminal offence for anyone already married to go through another marriage ceremony without an intervening spouse death or divorce. MM had no choice but to retract her comment and offer an extremely rare apology for mis-speaking.
It makes a difference legally in the UK. The date you have arranged is registerred, even in church. And you can be married anywhere in the UK but it has to be on that day. If they had married 3 days prior both marriages would cancel each other out. They would have had to cancel the royal wedding in order for their ‘real’ wedding to be legal.
Meghan is nowhere near as bright as she pretends, because obviously she never considered her own position as Harry’s wife would be threatened and that of her future children as legitimate heirs would be caput. She has never talked about her ‘real’ wedding since the Oprah interview. Meaning somebody had a quiet word with her.
I wish that people who don’t like these two would follow the old adage of not saying anything. It says more about you than it does them.
As for honoring the Britain’s war dead I believe that is why Harry wore that poppy on the lapel of his suit jacket.

Good point, Roderick – the red poppy on his suit jacket is only for Remembrance Day/Veteran’s Day (or whatever Trump is calling it now). People who deeply respect those who serve or die in wars wear red poppies on November 11th and attend remembrance services. The ceremonies have a hard time getting attention in these messy times, but they still have deep meaning, particularly for folks whose parents experienced WWII (there being nobody left from WWI), or who have served in the military themselves. So it has to be galling for Harry, whatever else is said about him, to find himself excluded because he is not a service member in his adopted country, and excluded from his own.
In time, I suspect he will find a way to reunite with his own country and culture. When you used to be #2 in line for the crown, how could it go otherwise? Of course, Edward 8th found a way with Wallis Simpson, but it was a different time and there were different crises then.
All the same, what splits Harry from Meghan, or moves them back to the UK, in the long run might not be their personal relationship. Difficult though it may be, their relationship may be the least of their worries. There are many bigger problems in the relationships between their countries and the rest of the contentious world.
The 2030s might be become complicated than we can clearly anticipate at this point, economically, politically and militarily. It’s only 2025, but in 5 years one way or another Trump and Putin will be in the rear view mirror. The old guard will go with them (goodbye to us Boomers) and a generation of Aquarian hot shots, the young and restless men of the planet will get their turn to run the show in earnest. Harry and William both might find roles in those days to come and their wives and kids are likely to tag along wherever the political winds will take them. The world doesn’t seem to be getting more peaceful – or have I been dreaming a bad dream?
@Sweetgrapes, a very thoughtful commentary. I just want to add that in the UK, poppies are sold everywhere and regularly worn for the week before November 11th, sometimes longer. Services are held all over the UK on Remembrance Sunday and widely participated in, though yes, it is of perhaps lesser personal impact to younger generations. Harry, of course, doesn’t represent the RF, the military or other organisations in any kind of formal capacity so is unable to present wreaths on their behalf but there is nothing stopping him attending remembrance services as a respectful private citizen and ex-serviceman as many or most of his ex-colleagues do.
As for the rest, yes who knows what time will bring. The RF has weathered many threats and crises in its thousand year history, it has even been abolished in favour of a republic but still managed to return. EVIII is now just a sad footnote in history, and it’s possible that will also be Harry’s fate, but who knows. Let’s hope time will heal all.

I can’t see Harry choosing to goi anywhere with a Taurus moon and Saturn Scorpio on his MC-IC. For one thing, he’d be in fear of never seeing the children again. With his Sag planets, mutable Sun and Libra Venus he might seek solace elsewhere though.
MM, on the other hand, has an egocentric chart and has shown she doesn’t have a problem with cutting ties when the situation isn’t to her liking.
Don’t wish anything bad on either of them, only the insight to turn things around.

Once blessed with the royal seal, born or married, it’s for life. Elizabeth II was smart enough to realize it at the beginning when her father died. She got on with it, but she grew up in an era when royal duty was more important than royal self-realization. These days the royals bumble along as best they can and have to get their chops hard way. Just my opinion (I’m no royalist).

Pluto square the Ascendant must be why she provokes extreme reactions, which appears to have converged into an intense dislike by the wider world. Her daughter has an exact Mars opposition Pluto in Cancer and Capricorn which seems to sum Harry’s position – he appears to be totally trapped by family responsibility that’s not going to be easy to extricate himself from.
She also has Moon/Pluto midpoint on her IC. Her Moon is her leading planet, as it rules Cancer. With her Sun/Mars midpoint in Caner trining her Uranus and conjunct her Ascendant. Quite a volatile cauldron!
