A Netflix documentary on Aileen Wuornos that came out today. This is an incredibly hard watch. Although to they let “Lee” to voice the idealized version of her childhood, she was a woman whose life was particularly rough right from the beginning, with her teenage mother being impregnated by a man who’d later end up to prison for raping and abducting a 7-year-old.
However, after the deathly injection, she got what maybe could be called a “glam up” with one of the most gorgeous actresses of the past 30 years portraying her and winning an Oscar for it. Not taking anything from Charlize Theron, who is a domestic violence survival herself and was phenomenal, I wonder whether Lee’s chart had this aspect in it, too.
Aileen Wuornos was a February 29th, 1956 native. No birthtime, I’m afraid, but born in Rochester, Michigan.
Breaking news from about an hour ago: King Charles has started the process of formally stripping away the titles that his middle brother has “voluntarily” promised to no longer use two weeks ago AND also of the title of “Prince”.
The middle brother will now be known as just Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
This must be a huge fall for someone who insisted that his daughters have the same kind of weddings as Princes William and Harry.
The last time that the title of Prince was stripped from hereditary princes was in WWI, when British princes who fought on the German side (many held princely titles from both empires) were stripped if their British titles.
Marjorie had done an article on the former Prince Andrew just two weeks ago, on 18th October.
Shocking! Tic toc Harry and Meghan…
Well, finally some very decisive action! I can’t locate the most recent article. But in one in early August Marjorie writes:
“Transiting Uranus is square his Sun exactly now as his reputation is trashed even more effectively than before and will continue to rock n’ roll its way across his Sun/Pluto midpoint and then square Pluto into 2026/27 which suggests a phase of significant upheaval. His Solar Arc (focal point) Uranus is also aiming for his IC which also suggests an uprooting/relocation by next year. And both legs of that central yod will be affected by an undermining Solar Arc Neptune conjunct his natal Saturn later this year into 2026; and his Progressed Mars is conjunct his Mercury now – when yods are shaken by aspect it tends to shift life onto a different track . On top of all that tr Saturn Neptune will square his Jupiter across this winter denting his confidence.”
Not sure how swiftly they can get Mr Andrew Mountbatten Windsor to move out of his palace, but probably all in place by Christmas, with the Uranus/IC Solar Arc covering the move, and the settling in. Plus, apparently, his wife/ex wife will have to find her own place to live. I am amused, if that’s the word, by the Halloween timing – the Sun now in the King’s own birthsign too. Push a Scorpio too far and eventually they will sting.
Transiting Uranus will be on Andrew’s Sun for the final time next year – it feels like there could be more upheaval to come? Could there be some legal challenges to deal with? It is interesting that Andrew is a Sun in Pisces, and other than Ghislaine Maxwell, he is the only high profile person linked to Epstein who has faced the consequences and met his downfall. Very Piscean.
*Uranus in Gemini will square his Sun again next year.
Transiting Chiron is going back and forth over his Aries MC too which seems highly relevant given how this is about him being downgraded in the public eye.
The Uranus square is an interesting one because squares are usually about internal tension rather than stuff forced on you by others. Transit Uranus would have been conjunct his Sun in 2003 – don’t recall hearing much about him then.
Uranus was previously square his Sun from Sag in 1981-82, the latter being the time when he was being lauded for his part in the Falklands. But interestingly Uranus’ entry into Sag was in Feb 1981 which Wikipedia states is when he met Koo Stark and it references claims that it was his only serious love affair – she was about 25 then so nothing untoward in that sense.
Yes, interesting to see a Chiron transit expressing itself so clearly GD. AMW moved into Royal Lodge in 2004, so the Uranus conjunction you note would have been working out that way maybe. I lose track of all the many other scandals, terrible business associations, the mysterious sale of his large house to someone seemingly rather doubtful, the friend of a Chinese spy allegations, and on and on. Somewhere there’ll be a timeline of all of it I imagine.
The trade/business envoy years will throw up some further stories I think. His Sun is close to the UK Pluto, and that UK yod with Uranus in legal Libra and Jupiter in ‘royal’ Leo. This current upheaval occurs just before Uranus hits the square to Pluto in Pisces exactly next year.
Meanwhile, I can’t help wondering where all the other powerful, wealthy (some still anonymous) men in various locations on Earth are in this unsavoury tale? So far, here in the UK, we have Peter Mandelson and the former Prince paying for their unwise friendship with Epstein. Where’s everyone else?
There’s more to come, the King knows it and I think it will only get worse. His financial dealings are so obviously dodgy. Noone mentions how his behaviour around sex and money (8th house matters) have repeatedly put the UK’s security at risk.
Thanks VF. I noticed this from Marjorie on 17th July, re MI5:
“MI5, the UK internal security service, 7 October 1909, has relatively similar placings with a Libra Sun opposition Saturn square Uranus opposition Neptune, also with Mars square Pluto. It looks embroiled in heated arguments at the moment and into 2026 with the Solar Arc Mars square SA Pluto colliding with its Mercury; and a fractious tr Saturn opposing the Mars and square the Pluto across the winter – late September to late January 2026.”
I have to wonder what they, and MI6 knew at the time. And what advice they offered, along with the CIA and FBI. Seeing some others abroad held to account is important I think. There’s a sickening kind of ‘glamour’ about a member of the RF being brought down by the scandal (s). A great distraction from what else is lurking? Why has only one British woman been prosecuted so far?
Agreed, Jane. It’s odd that the only names that have come out are all Brits. It was international. There are many others involved too.
Nabil Shaban, actor and founder of the Graeae Theatre Company has dies, aged 72. I’ve followed his career and remember as a teenager watching an inspiring documentary about the Graeae company, which consists of disabled actors. He was born with brittle bone disease (osteogenesis imperfecta) in Amman, Jordan on 12th February 1953.
Hi Marjorie, can you do a report on 3i/Atlas, the huge interstellar object that’s entered our solar system which was believed to be a comet but has now split the astronomy crowd due to it not acting like a comet at all? Here’s a Youtube short video by World Astrology Report giving some insights as the object conjuncts some planets. What’s your thoughts?
Fascinating isn’t it? I’m obviously not Marjorie, but since we can’t see it with the naked eye I imagine any effect it might have, astrologically, will be subtle or symbolic. We ordinary humans without telescopes can only see it through media reports. Of astro interest might be the links with Jupiter and Sagittarius:
“NASA confirmed that comet 3I/ATLAS originated from another star system beyond our Solar System. It has been drifting through interstellar space for millions of years before entering our Solar System from the direction of Sagittarius. The comet, discovered within Jupiter’s orbit, is among the rare interstellar visitors ever observed.”
Marjorie, would it be worth comparing the charts of Charles I of England and Trump, and of the progressed charts of England at the time of its Civil War and the US as it is now?
Both of them have some interesting parallels. At the moment, Trump is attempting to finance part of the government through (forced?) loans and donations, with echoes of Charles I having done the same thing just before the Civil War.
Charles I was not trusted by any side of honouring his own word. And Charles I ordered his Attorney-General to bring charges against people he disagreed with. Heavy echoes of history in the present.
Hi Marjorie.
Would it be possible to look at Lucy Powell the new Labour Party deputy leader and her relationship with Keir Starmer please? She was not his favoured candidate for the role.
I have added to UK politics. She and Starmer not getting on and she isn’t progressing much herself.
An interesting subject for appraisal would be the journalist Carole Cadwalladar, surely one of this country’s bravest – suffering an awful few years after breaking the Cambridge Analytica scandal, probing into Russian and big-tech interference in Brexit and UK/US elections and whose paper failed to support her in a libel battle. Cast into the wilderness when The Guardian sold off the Observer, has now launched a new, crowd-funded newspaper The Nerve with female former colleagues to carry on her investigations. Hopefully she – and it – has strong times ahead.
@Nick88, there’s a post from June 2022, when she wan the Banks case. I think most people here, Marjorie included, really admire her. I enjoyed the “Sergei & the Westminister Spy Ring” podcast she worked on with Peter Jukes earlier this year. And I think another one I’ve yet to listen about her ex’s daughter’s cyber stalking case. She has the fortunate quality print media journalists often miss – a really enjoyable voice and intonation.
Anyone thoughts as to the current US shutdown? Democrats are locked in to the idea of Healthcare credits and can’t afford to back down or they look weak. However, Republicans have an incentive to keep the government shut down because it means they can’t have a vote to release the Epstein files (why else is Johnson refusing to have the House vote). Any idea on when this ends or if it ends?
Worried that it now becomes permanent. What could reflect it being permanent in the chart? Mars being blocked or would it be more Neptune??
Yes, listened to her podcasts. Very good. Thanks for the reference about the Banks case. I wonder what the chart for The Nerve and other independent media such as Byline Times show. I know the pr8nt edition of the latter is now available in shops (although how widely stocked it is I don’t know). Would a chart be cast for the inaugural edition or some other marker?
Any thoughts on Zach Polanski, surging UK greens membership – connection to the public and what the future holds
While Corbyn was Labour leader, there was a surge in Labour membership. He still didn’t become Prime Minister.
It’s likely the same malcontents that are surfing to the Green Party, forgetting that most viewers aren’t looking for radical change.
Had the Green Party got some sensible green policies and focused on them, I’d have looked at them favourably. As it is, their party platform seems to be, there’s somebody who is happier than others, equality demands that we make everybody unhappy.
Right now, they’re just a party of radical burn-the-place-down types, with no practical policies.

Thank you – I’m probably picking up on his natal Mercury Saturn Pluto on the new moon 21 oct and transiting mars mercury touching his Jupiter. Perhaps that’s a little buzz at present.
Anyone know if the Comet Lemmon which is mentioned on Sky News Website this evening and can been seen by skywatchers will have any significance to this planet?
Marjorie,
Would you mind reading on Patrick Plunket, 7th Baron Plunket and his relationship with the late Queen.
I am interested in the royal stars of Persia in a person’s chart and have noticed many of the charts posted on here contain sometimes up to three of them, especially Antares seems to be ever present. What significance do they hold?
Hello Jane, this is the “other” Jane here! I’ve been fascinated by the fixed stars for quite some time. They do hold significance, it seems to me particularly in mundane events. Both Vivian Robson and Elsbeth Ebertin’s books on the fixed stars are free online. Bernadette Brady’s writing on the fixed stars is modern, and very useful too – also to be found online. Re the Royal Stars, there is some ongoing debate about their name. They stand out as very bright stars in our skies. However, according to Medieval Astrology Guide.com:
“In 1771, Anquetil-Dupperon published the first translation of sacred Persian texts into a European language, these texts included our first ever mention of these significant stars. Anquetil-Dupperon identified two of the four as Sirius and the Big Dipper. In 1775, another French astronomer Jean Sylvain Bailly published his History of Ancient Astronomy, in this work he makes the claim that the four stars are our familiar Aldebaran, Regulus, Antares, and Fomalhaut in direct contradiction to the works of the translator. This is based on the idea that these four stars were roughly lined up with the solstices and equinoxes around the year 3000BCE.
These identifications remained relatively unchallenged and the stars were called the “royal stars” for the first time by Bailly, a phrase which is absent from the original Persian texts. In a 1945 issue of Popular Astronomy magazine, George Davis Jr. makes a case that the four guardian stars are the constellations of Aquarius and Scorpio, joined by the asterism of the Big Dipper, with the final member being the star Sirius. The Four Royal Stars of Persia is still a very popular topic in contemporary astrology but are beginning to be looked at a bit more skeptically within archeoastronomy.”
Aah thank you so much, very enlightening answer.
Hi Marjorie,
Would you mind taking a look at Maine Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Graham Platner? I’m asking about him because he created a wave of media attention when he announced his run. He’s an oyster farmer, former military personnel, and university dropout.
Bernie Sanders helped make Platner a nationwide media sensation by endorsing him as the “working class” candidate.
However, it appears Platner’s once positive attention has now become negative. It turns out that he’s more controversial than many realized. For example, he’s downplayed women’s rape and sexual harassment claims in the military, he has a tattoo that is associated with Nazism, and he’s made racist posts about Black people. In other words, Graham Platner is turning out to be a Tulsi Gabbard knockoff.
How does the astrology look for him?
At the moment it is either Platner or a 77 year-old whose been in politics too long and will have her pro-trans gay stance against her.
We still don’t know if Collins will run for another term or retire.
The Democrats have a few months to find a better option.

Wondering what the charts show.
Hi Marjorie,
Would you mind taking a look at the Louvre Museum heist? As I’m sure you already know that the French crown jewels have been stolen.
The Louvre started its life way back in the 12th/13th Century with no definite dates.
I would see the robbery which has been taken as a major blow to the country’s self esteem as part of France’s swampy stars at the moment. The late Virgo Sun hit by the recent solar eclipse and tr Saturn Neptune in opposition.
The pieces will have been broken down into individual stones and sold on since no one would buy historical heirlooms.
Hi Marjorie,
Would it make sense to look at the charts if the queens or dynasties whose jewels were stolen?
Any astro thoughts on the Louvre robbery?
Also, Marjorie, what are your thoughts on using decans when looking at charts? When should they be used and when should they be avoided?
The question arises because I recently came across some wall murals which depicted both the astrological signs and symbols for the three decans under each sign.
@Unmystic Mum,
Oh, I see you asked about the Louvre Museum robbery too. I hope the authorities are able to recover the crown jewels.
