Desperate for a win, Trump has thrown a spanner in the works of the Ukraine situation by trying to force through a Putin-friendly deal with no room for manoeuvre.
The Invasion Declaration chart, 23 February 2022 at 9pm Moscow, had a ruthless Mars Pluto conjunction which won’t close by Solar Arc for another twenty months; though there will be significant movement from August 2026 onwards as tr Uranus squares the Declaration Sun.
Zelensky’s Term chart, 20 May 2019 10am Kiev, which started with a late Taurus Sun Mercury conjunct Algol, will be seriously rattled this December as tr Uranus is conjunct the Sun, returning mid March to early April 2026. He is already sagging not only with exhaustion but corruption scandals within his government and also manpower and equipment shortages. This could topple his administration. Another bout of turbulence which could also upset the applecart will come from tr Pluto square the Uranus picking up from mid February 2026 and running till late 2027. If he stays in situ then tr Neptune square the Mars from late March to late April 2026 and again in October will be sinking-failure phases.
His own personal chart, 25 January 1978 2pm Krivoj Rog, Ukraine, does hint he is running out of steam never mind road. Solar Arc Neptune is conjunct his Sun Neptune conjunction in Aquarius now (and over past few months) for low motivation and indecision. With tr Pluto moving to conjunct his Sun Venus from late March 2026 on and off till late 2027 which will be life-changing. What also flags up is this December with tr Uranus square his Saturn at 28 Leo for a sizeable jolt.
Fixed sign planets at 28 degrees which tr Uranus will trigger does show up in both the Ukraine 1918 and Ukraine 1991 chart – so this December does look like a critical point of upset.
Whether an unfair deal is pushed through or not, the ill-feeling between Ukraine and Russia will roll on for years to come – which shows clearly on both country’s relationship charts.
Vladimir Putin’s 5th term, 7 May 2024, got under way with Neptune and the unlucky Scheat in place, which will be keyed up over coming months into spring 2026. He’ll also feel the ill winds of tr Neptune undermining his Mars/Neptune midpoint from March 2026 onwards though what will really bite, bringing failure and low morale will be 2027 when tr Neptune is conjunct the term Mars.
The crucial question is whether the transiting Saturn Neptune conjunction of 2026 will repeat the earlier experiences of accompanying radical changes in Russia – 1917 Bolshevik Revolution and 1953 Stalin’s death.
The Russia 8 December 1991 chart will be pressured through 2026 though the explosive moments will come late 2026 into 2027, worsening dramatically through into 2028 (which could also include a natural disaster).
The Russia 8 November 1917 chart will be on red alert and insecure from June 2026 onwards with tr Uranus square the Mars – with again 2027 looking like a time of maximum chaos.

Both the progressed and solar arc invasion Venus/Mars will have moved to conjoin the invasion chart natal Pluto to less than one degree by 2028. The chart will be activated by the transiting Pluto at 8 Aquarius square Mars at 8 Taurus on 9 May 2028. This occurs 4 days before Mars is exactly conjunct the invasion Uranus at 11 Taurus. This is followed by Pluto in Aquarius squaring Saturn in Taurus in June and November 2028. The invasion progressed/Solar arc Sun at 11 Pisces will be exactly square the Uranus/Mars/Mercury conjunction at 11 Gemini in June 2028 and will form a T Square with Mars in Virgo and Uranus in Gemini in November 2028. Lots of other charts are triggered by these aspects including the US Sibley Pluto in Capricorn, the U.K. 1801 Mars in Taurus and the Maastricht Treaty Sun in Scorpio
I agree that 2028 looks very active energetically. I think it might be prudent for Marjorie to have a look at that particular year. Obviously there’s the Saturn Pluto square happening but a lot else as well. Uranus going into Gemini also has marked the US fighting for freedoms in some way historically, and was also a marker for the turning point in WW2.
There is an eclipse at 28 50 Aquarius on 17 February ’26 and I recall reading somewhere, some months back, that this could be a critical moment. Any thoughts Marjorie – or anyone else?

The issue with these “sane voices” right now is that they cover completely insane people. I have noticed that some of the best comments on both Trump White House and Kremlin come from completely reality TV pilled Millennials and Gen Zers. They have long seen the ridiculousness of an old geezer painting himself orange and are beginning to see the same with another old geezer with an obsession to live to 150. And I think it makes them better equipped to tackle the real underlying issues below than most of Gen Xers who were indoctrinated to believing in some kind of meritocracy.
Also, always nice when a respected foreign commentator quotes Finland 1939. However, Trump’s golf pal Alexander Stubb has been attending G20 meeting in South Africa, and been very clear about this not being a serious proposal and that Zelenskyy shouldn’t say yes. Stubb has actually been closer to some US Senators for a while, and I think he knows the Senate is not going let this pass. There’s a large bipartisan support for Ukraine in the Senate and even the House, and this might be one of those issues WH will not, ultimately, want to spend much political capital on to drive, especially since Trump’s support seems very underwater in many domestic issues.
Various members of the Trump Administration are now arguing in public about who actually authored the plan.
Right? I think the “plan” was leaked with Scorpio New Moon pretty much exact, since I woke up to the news Friday morning our time. And I immediately thought this was fishy and that the alarmism some serious journalists spread was unwarranted.
Now, it seems it was written by Russians and passed by the Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev to Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in Florida, according to Reuters. Later, Dmitriev leaked the plan to Axios, apparently blind sighing Witkoff who accidentally xeeted out a DM responding someone there on where the plan came from. This prompted Secretary of State Rubio to make a round of calls to bipartisan group of Senators and telling them this was a “Russian wishlist” and then promptly zeet that US was informed but the list is not definitive.
All while DJT himself seemed all untroubled and uninterested, beaming on Zohran Malmadi at Oval Office and leaving to Mar-a-Lago Saturday morning…
Looking at the new player involved here, Kirill Dmitriev is an April 12th, 1975 Aries Sun. Born two days after actor David Harbour, who went through a messy divorce from Lily Allen. Lily Allen went and wrote a critically acclaimed “revenge album”, as well as gave powerful interviews from “her side”, and Harbour hasn’t been willing or capable to retaliate. I think both him and Dmitriev have an Uranus square Mars transit going on, and the leak might actual proof to be a gamble too high.

It is very clear that Trump will never resolve the Russia/Uraine war. He is frustrated, he doesn’t know what to do, sometimes he sides with Ukraine like the last time. He said Ukraine can claim their land, now he sides with Russia. The thing about Russia is that they have a very damaging information on Trump and they are using it threaten him behind the scenes. Last week in one of his social media posts he blames Russia for the Epstein emails, calling them another Russian Scam. Whether Russia publishes more of his secrets or not, he will not resolve the war with his approach. From December this year and over the coming years we are going to see a change of power in these superpower countries like China, US and Russia. XI Xinping also looks weak, there are reports of his deteriorating health. He is not traveling a lot like he used to, and Trump also has health issues. Putin will also loose power not long from now. But the question is who is going to replace XI in China. Very interesting to watch.
Thanks Marjorie. I usually can muster up a glass half-full outlook as I have a strong Jupiterian influence in my chart, but after reading your analysis I’m struggling to do that. I feel quite sad for Ukraine and in particular Zelensky. I hope Ukraine’s European allies continue to support Ukraine because it’s in their interest to do so. Putin won’t stop at Ukraine and the USA, as it currently is with Trump as President, will not provide the assistance that Ukraine needs to combat Putin’s aggression.
I am reading Sir Antony Beevor’s The Battle for Spain. The Spanish Civil War of 1936-39 bears similarities with the war in Ukraine and was a prelude to WWII. I think the catastrophic astrology of 2027-28 is about the onset of WWIII.
The Spanish Civil War was a vicious slaughter that so disgusted Orwell, who took part in the fighting for the anarchists against Franco and who suffered also from the Communists on their own side, that he wrote Animal Farm and 1984 against all forms of toitalitariansm in the late 1940s just before he died. It was really a proxy war between Stalin and Hitler, with the support of Mussolini and occasionally from the British Navy on the right, which also received private financial aid from the US. The celebrated and romanticized international volunteres on the left were mostly disorganized and ineffective. France, already beset by its own internal conflicts, stayed out.
The Spanish Civil War was a demoralizing tragedy that ended with a dictatorship that lasted forty years. The country is still trying to recover form the trauma it caused. I fear the same fate awaits in Ukraine.
The plan was released by a US news organization. Ukraine, it is proposed, would get 100 million of Russian US-held funds and the “US” (Trump) would get a 50% profit on the revitalization program the 100 million would provide. Ukraine would be limited to 600K people in the military – forever!
It’s a vile plan. Russia would get control of areas they haven’t even occupied and there would be amnesty for war crimes – and we have only a small picture of how horrifying those war crimes have been over the years. Oh, and Trump proposes that he be in charge of the rebuild – more likely his profiteering cronies.
Non-government employee, son-in-law, Jared Kushner worked on the plan – probably the profit part and has probably has plans to do the building with his own company. Kushner is also pretty vile himself. It would be interesting to know – if it’s possible, through his chart, what his influence will have on the outcome of this profit plan – along with the others that took dictation from Russia when they wrote the plan.
