Just wondering what Marjorie thought because I believe it is an inaccurate prediction for one simple reason, Transit Jupiter is conjunct Hillary’s Venus.

So much for his “near 100% accurracy, to be sure”. He seems like a nut unworthy of the web traffic he got from being mentioned on here.
At the time you mention in July 2018 tr Uranus is opposition Hillary’s Scorpio Sun and Solar Arc Saturn; with tr Jupiter conjunct her Venus and Solar Arc MC. Without an accurate birth time I don’t know how you could pinpoint a legal matter as being the problem. On 8am BT, it might be more likely her own health (or someone close) that’s giving her a jolt. On this birth time, there’s nothing in her Solar Returns that makes 2017/18 look hampered by legalities. Indeed birthday October 2018 for the year thereafter has Jupiter in the MC.
