Middle East – double standards

I shouldn’t really do this since it’s copyright but cartoonists have a way of encapsulating the truth in one piercing image. Peter Brookes of the Times is the best of them all. I can’t find an earlier one of his – of Barack Obama standing on a bluff above a valley full of Arabs all tearing each other to bits. He’s shading his eyes and saying: ‘Can the good guys put their hands up?’

Western interference has caused problems since World War 1 and before and we’re still at it. Which is still no excuse for Putin supporting a chemical bombing Assad – though on second thoughts there are several unclean hands on that score from other conflicts.

  1. Who are we to believe? Our MSM?

Assad was accused previously in 2013 of attacking his own people with chemical weapons, which led to US Military interventions, however German Intelligence (and others) stated categorically that is was a load of bunkum. No mention of the latter by our MSM.

The BBC used photographs of a massacre in Iraq in 2003 to con everyone into thinking that it related to a massacre in Houla, Syria (the day before) in 2012. They had to remove the photographs when the photographer Marco di Lauro, who took the photographs in Iraq, spotted them and complained.

    And the list goes on.

I agree with Alex that there is a great deal going on that we aren’t fully aware of, dark games, where a number of countries want to get their “boots on the ground”. Countries that want more than anything to overthrow Assad to get their hands on Syria’s natural resources (plus the Israel versus Iran issue).

There’s also a great deal going on, public knowledge, that we should be aware of such as Cheney, Rothschild and Rupert Murdoch forming Genie Energy to rob Syria of oil (and water) in the Gollan Heights. They don’t give a damn that the GH’s is under illegal occupation by Israel or that the drilling for oil will violate International Law. These individuals who are renowned, rather notorious, for promoting war in the Middle East to exploit oil and gas resources will happily see millions suffer across these regions and in fact destabilise the whole planet to line their own pockets. Murdoch for one uses photographs and articles of children to get everyone riled up to support invasions, when it’s clear that he doesn’t give a damn about the children at all. Hellish to say the least.

The Genie Energy cabal is just one example, of the motives and machinations of a handful of people, from numerous examples that clearly highlight the “involvement” of other individuals, organisations and countries. Far too many to list on here.

We are not being kept in the dark. We have the horrendous escapades of recent history to draw from, such as the invasion of Iraq and military interventions in Libya. MANY lies were told by our MSM to support the military actions of Establishment figures in the UK. People who tried to speak out at that time were accused of being paranoid and then we got to the bottom of it all following the decimation of these countries. OIL. So why on earth would this not apply to Syria too?

  2. I’m not paranoid or a conspiracy theorist. The monsters on all sides carving up the ME are capable of anything to achieve their objectives up to and including false flag attacks. What’s so weird about that?

    • So, you’re Alex Graham too. Trolls gravitate towards twists on historical american names, Alex graham Bell.

You are a textbook case of everything you denied. That, and your troll name, are what’s weird about it.

  3. A cynic might wonder why Assad is chemically bombing , knowing he would have crossed a red line, and inviting the predictable wrath of the west. Or maybe people those who want boots on the ground in Syria and who play very dark games indeed to achieve their objectives, did it? Are the liars who brought us the Iraq war capable of this manipulation? Absolutely….
