Julian Assange has moved from being Ecuador’s shining badge of honour in the fight for freedom to being ‘more than a nuisance’ and an ‘inherited problem’ by the new President. An attempt to get him diplomatic immunity as an Ecuador representative failed and they are now actively seeking a way of getting him out of the tiny London Embassy – with only one bathroom evidently and murmurs that he doesn’t wash too often.

Tr Saturn is sliding down his 1st house and quadrant, pulling him away from his glory days. Tr Saturn is also aiming to make a jolting square to his Uranus in April and December and thence to oppose his Cancer Sun before the New Year. He will be on edge and more discouraged than before.

Though with a lucky break coming late March for two weeks lifting his hopes and flashes of his old bullish self-confidence through the autumn.

Relocating his chart to Ecuador does put the MC in early Capricorn so it will catch the tr Saturn conjunction, bringing a series of reality-checks through this year.

London was always going to be his nightmare location since it puts his Pluto on his IC, with his Sun in the hidden 12th; and his enfuriated and trapped Mars in the 8th. If and when he gets out, if free he certainly won’t be returning with any glee.

    • Jan, I don’t understand why people seem more upset with the publisher than the the criminal and unethical behaviour of the powerful he exposes!!! Have you even watched the ‘Collateral Damage’ video footage? it is sickening.
      Newspapers such as The Guardian and NYT ran the ‘Collateral Damage’ story and have sourced and published information from the Wikileaks files such as the ‘mass surveillance’ and ‘Clinton email’ stories; deeming it to be in the public interest.
      This persecution of journalists and whistle blowers by powerful people and their organisations underpins many of the scandals we are witnessing; for example Jimmy Saville (the BBC) Harvey Weinstein (Holywood Film Industry) and Hillary Clinton (DNC).

      Obviously, these same ‘powerful’ entities will attempt to discredit or silence any one who dares to expose their wrongdoings!

  2. Kick the guy out. Assange is a crumpled heap of trash that needs to answer for his crimes in Sweden. If he is so innocent why is he hiding? Hopefully Saturn and capricorn will force him to face the music. In light of the #MeToo movement momentum I truly doubt he can hide for too long – the world is watching

    Also, are you saying that it would have been ethical journalism and in the public interest to have withheld the Hillary emails from the public until after the election?

    • One would have to be naive to believe that US/UK Governments do not spy/hack Russian systems also; not to mention the mass surveillance they are conducting on their own citizens. You may also consider how the US attempted (and succeeded) in influencing the outcome of the elections in Ukraine.

    You do realized that he was very much a part (proven by FBI and other documents) of Russian and Trump election in 2016. All his wikileaks DNC and Hillary’s email were timed for potent impact on the election. He works for Putin, fact.

    • I think he started out honest, if not somewhat flawed – very egocentric, by his former co-workers. He probably was “turned” some time in 2010, when he promised to leak files on Putin’s financial arrangement, but never did.

      But I’ve yet to meet a cyber security expert who’d doubt the “official” findings on Guccifer 2.0. It is, indeed, a Russian shell. What’s significant is that Assange has now lost credibility with this community, and therefore “liberty of information” crowd. Twitter is a good example. This was an “everything goes” platform. They’ve done a complete 180 on this. Another example, “The Guardian” newspaper. Once, Glenn Greenwald glorifying Edward Snowden was their “award winner”. Now, it’s Carole Cadwalladr, who has been reporting on Russian intervention to Brexit. But yes, Assange is now widely held as working for Putin, which is not a badge of honour. And many in so-called Liberal Circles admit they were duped.

  7. Julian Assange is risking his life to inform the public as TRUE journalists should do. A democratic society needs to be able to hold their Governments to account; how can we do that if their actions are shrouded in secrecy? Wikileaks has provided EVIDENCE that exposes the corruption, abuse of power, lies and hypocrisy of those we have empowered to act on our behalf. I respectfully urge Jan to stop spreading childish propaganda with no factual support.

    • No factual support? Did you somehow miss the story on Assange promising Russian hacked “dirt” on Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump jr. in exchange of an Ambassadorship in Australia? The exchange taking place on Twitter platform, where he used to be a “verified account”. Before he lost it.

      Not to mention, he hasn’t been a convicted sex offender only because he managed to hide in an Embassy long enough not to be brought to Swedish Court of Law. That’s actually more than Weinsteins and Allens of The World are facing right now.
