Given the birth times, India is Taurus rising with Rahu on the ascendant. Pakistan is Virgo rising with Rahu in the 9th.
Rahu on ascendant could be interpreted as defining ones own identity as against the identity forced on the country by others, focusing on self development. Seems apt given India was at the cusp of establishing its own identity as a nation state after centuries of Mughal invaders+monarchy+colonialism.
Rahu in 9th house could be interpreted as ideological breaking away from a parent(India) and being antagonistic to the parent(India)
The ‘kala sarpa’ indicates an internal churning that the chart holder experiences as all planets are caught between the two shadow energies. Rahu-Ketu are shadow energies in Jyothish and seen as highly malefic in nature.

Bangladesh and Nepal have both had public overthrows of their governments in the recent past. And Sri Lanka appeared to have trouble brewinga few years ago, but had give strangely quiet of late.
