A civil court case against the former Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams has opened at the High Court in London. Three IRA bomb victims are seeking a ruling that he is personally liable for decisions to plant car bombs in London and Manchester in 1973 and 1996 and are suing him for a nominal £1 in damages for “vindicatory purposes”. He has stated he had “no direct or indirect” involvement and has repeatedly denied ever being in the IRA.

The IRA has existed in many and fragmented forms over the past century plus. The most recent is dated to 28 December 1969, which has a Capricorn Sun in an uncompromising square to Uranus; and even more significant a yod of Mars sextile Saturn inconjunct Uranus hinting at a rebellious drive against authorities. The Sun is also trine/sextile an up-and-down Saturn in Taurus opposition Jupiter. Plus a second yod of Neptune sextile Pluto inconjunct Saturn.
The recent Lunar Eclipse triggered the IRA North Node in Pisces on a Half Nodal Return so a significant moment. With tr Uranus moving to oppose the Neptune across April. And a downbeat SA Saturn opposition the Venus across this year.
The Sinn Fein chart, 28 November 1905 also looks rattled this year and on with tr Neptune starting to square the Uranus Neptune opposition. There may be luck from tr Uranus conjunct the Jupiter late April to end of May but over confidence could cause problems. 2027/28 looks deadlocked with tr Pluto conjunct the Mars.
The Northern Ireland 7 December 1922 chart does have Mars in late Aquarius catching the recent Solar Eclipse and the tr Uranus square so in addition to the global chaos they may well be on edge over this court case bringing up a troubled past.
