I am noticing a trend of the Gen Z wanting to buy vintage items like watches, LP, even old toys (anime driven). Where is the nostalgia coming from?? Or is it still all about the money?? Like antiques will always hold value kind of thing??
There is also a moving towards the old ways of buying clothes and trying in shops after a decade of online shopping. But sadly kind of too late for many of the shops. Videos tagged with old money chic on online platform garner the views.

Past eras tended to be Neptune Pluto or Uranus Saturn off the top of my head. Though Pluto in Capricorn was supposed to be one as well – which somehow missed out this time round.

Met Office was founded on 1 August 1854.
World Meteorological Organizatino (WMO) founded on 23 March 1950 (23 March is World Meteorological Day every year).

NOAA 3 October 1970 looks rattled this year with the September eclipse conjunct its Pluto and a highly-strung tr Uranus opposition the Neptune across the winter. But really it is late decade when it is facing its greatest pressures.

Also, since the US has been engaged in her most all-consuming wars (Revolutionary, Civil, and WWII) when Uranus has been in Gemini, it seems unlikely things will calm down there any time soon. Her Uranus return at 8• Gemini will be in 2027 and it doesn’t leave the sign until 2032.

I previously asked which signs are ruled by their brains rather than emotions. People said capricorns + Virgos. Does that include the sign of Taurus? Is it because all 3 are earth signs? I appreciate any help with my learning.
For some assistance: Always remember to keep the whole chart in focus. The famously indulgent Louise XIV might have been a Virgo, but he will always be associated with lust, exuberance and extravagances (Venus, Moon conjunction in Leo).
And Virgo men can be real players.

Could you please take a look at F1 Grand Prix: Christian Horner (married to Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell), and the drivers Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton?
Red Bull CEO Christian Horner was sacked yesterday. He had been with Red Bull for 20 years. Reasons are unknown – possibly due his lead driver Max Verstappen losing races, after having won for the last 4 years. Red Bull may now have to pay him around £35 million as his contract only ends in 2030. The news sent shock waves across F1.
Also, Lewis Hamilton is having problems over at Ferrari. The CEO, Frederick Vasseur’s contract ends at the end of the year. Ferrari have offered Christian Horner the job, but was turned down. The consequent sacking may change this?
Also, I wonder if Lewis Hamilton will ever win back his 8th title? He lost it in 2021, due to a FIA race director, Michael Masi failing to follow the correct procedure. Masi was fired for this, but Lewis Hamilton never got his title. He then moved to Ferrari, and I hope that this eventually helps him get that win.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the elements lately with the Air/Fire dominance we have at the moment (outer planets). Is there anything to say collectively about prolonged periods of time with no Earth energy in the slower moving planets? Or perhaps a look at how individuals are influenced by elemental dominance in charts or lack of. I notice that Keir Starmer has only the North Node in a Fire sign in his chart which feels like it makes sense. If of interest, thank you!
I’m air/fire and already it feels so much more comfortable. It feels as if at last we can get on with stuff – if we don’t blow ourselves up first. My sole earth is a Taurus ascendant which together with a strong Saturn apparently keep me sane or at least more grounded.
I think I am also air fire. 8 planets in fire (if I count south node) and 2 in air. I don’t think I felt more comfortable. And I have already felt the restriction from Saturn/Neptune moving into Aries. I felt like I can’t spend yet I already bought a bunch of new stuffs before Uranus move into Gemini and got more stuffs last night. Oh well. I also need to remind myself that my nutritional deficiency is science and not planets transits (though I don’t know what).

I have a Libra friend with no water and her Capricorn Moon at the focus of a yod. She presents as a very logical, analytical airy person, however she is deeply emotional. Easily cries.
Certainly for me, the lack of Earth makes it of primary importance this time around. My profession. Although now in a city, most of my adult life has been out in the bush. Even now, in the city, I have a gorgeous cedar tree right outside my main window and I live across the street from a large park.

You started quite a discussion on fire/air signs and other planets. For newcomers like me, what does that mean? Are you referring to our birth charts? I am a Leo with a Leo rising sign and a moon sign in Libra (surprisingly, three planets are Leo, and three are Libra), but I don’t know much more than that. I have many Leo characteristics (including a bushy mane for hair that tends to give me a lion-like look), and I ended up going into the legal field and becoming a lawyer (the influence of the scales from Libra, perhaps). But this talk of fire and air planets is confusing. Do you recommend a source where I can learn this information?

In the past they’ve been linked to communism and climate change but the ongoing famines in Yemen, S Sudan, Palestine, Haiti, and Venezuela, not to mention all the issues caused by the war on Ukraine (the world’s bread basket) all seem to come from different causes. Is there any common link that they all share?
I had a quick skip round the 1933 Ukraine famine, the 19th century Irish potato famine and the Ethiopian 1980s one – common threads on the individual country charts connect Saturn and Pluto = hardship and deprivation. With some Neptune added in for devastation/disaster

With Keir Starmer being challenged and some criticism in the times towards William in regards to costs do you see a major change/loss with royal finances coming especially as there are less working royals?

I recall that McCarthyism and the communist/”pink” witch-hunts reined from the late ’40s until McCarthy’s fall in 1954, but the vestiges of McCarthyism endured very strongly well into the ’60s and, you can argue, have tentacles into the current political debacle.
Are there any astrological similarities in the two situations, perhaps signs of American extremism?

Nicole, I drew up a set of charts for key moments in the McCarthy witch hunts and trials. I was really struck by the crossovers with Trump’s natal chart.
The link between McCarthy and Trump would be the latter’s mentor, Roy Cohn, who assisted McCarthy during his witch-hunts.
