Do you think there is anything to this Pluto out of bounds talk I have seen mentioned elsewhere? I haven’t properly engaged with any of the content, but looking at the dates, the last time was 1938-1953 (to the North), 1775-1796 (to the South – which this one is). It started around 28 August and lasts , on and off, until late 2035. This time, unlike other times, it bobs in and out of bounds for a few months at a time, rather than being continually out of bounds. Then it won’t be out of bounds for thousands of years. Meant to be a time of major/accelerated societal change.

Despite her name not being in the news, I have become intrigued by Ashley St. Clair, the young woman who has birthed one of Elon Musk’s more recent births. Their son just turned one year old in September. I cannot find her birth info, I would link it if I did. She intrigues me because she claims she turned down a multi million dollar agreement, in return for promising to keep her baby’s paternity a secret. Now she says that Musk has severely cut payments, which led to her getting evicted. Her latest, although rare, public posts, are what really intrigue me. She is very open about her psychological struggle since birthing this child, as a female myself, it is very sad to see an oligarch such as Musk, be so financially stingy to his children’s mother’s, when they refuse to step in line or obey Musk’s demands about accepting his control, in order to raise his children in opulent wealth or not.
As the news is so grim these days, Marjorie, how about a ligther topic?
Dame Julie Andrews, was born Julia Elizabeth Wells on 1 October 1935 in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, England and celebrates her 90th birthday this year.
Could you chart her natal chart, and as Solaia has been chatting about her own Solar Return chart, perhaps you could chart Dame Julie’s Solar Return chart as well and give us a guide on how to interpret that. I am sure Solaia and others would chip in with how to interpret the SR chart in the comments to that chart.
Returning to Dame Julie, quite apart from the Sound of Music, she was a fabulous actress in Victor Victoria, a movie that I watched just once and I can’t seem to find again now online.
In these isles, we have been lucky to have some fantastic grande dames who have treaded the boards; Dame Maggie Smith, Dame Angela Lansbury and of course Dame Julie Andrews.
As an aside, I double-checked online if Dame Julie Andrews would be shortened to Dame Julie (first name) or Dame Andrews (last name). It is the former.

A personal question: Does anyone here have experience on a Solar Return year with Moon at the same position it’s natally. It’s happening to me this Solar Return, I have Lunar Return first tonight and SR 6 hours later. I know the skies have had some interesting movements, and l am a bundle of nerves for what seems like no reason what so ever (I am between jobs, but it is what it is). I have Moon/MC for the coming Lunar Return, so I hope this won’t linger.
I had similar last solar year, solar, lunar and a Mercury return the same day. It was a family and health focused year and I felt more emotionally visible than I generally like. I like to keep my eye on my profection year and timelord for the year which works well for me as an additional consideration.
@Louisa, yes, my SR Sun is actually conjunct IC on 3rd house side, so I always knew it would be a family year. I’ve looked at this SR for years and thought we might end up moving this time. It would be after 20 years in the same apartment in April 2026. Husband and I here moved together from another town after dating for 6 months (we met around 2005 Saros series eclipses). I think neither of us thought to be in the apartment 20 years and one child later. The very least I will declutter.
But I think there might be something interesting coming professionally, too, since I a 0′ Jupiter and 3′ MC in Gemini. I certainly feel must think a bit outside the box with getting a rejection letter without even an interview for a job I was honestly a 100% fit.
I have also been feeling edgy – and wondered whether it was the yod in place for the recent eclipse which is still in orb – of Neptune sextile Uranus inconjunct Mars in Scorpio – slowly pulling apart but still active.
Interesting, Solaia. I read that the Solar Return Moon returns to its natal position about every 19 years, at age 19, 38, 57, 76, 95. Perhaps awareness of our personal feelings (Moon) and lunar needs (Cancer) is more accessible, prominent, or ‘memorable’ these years.
For an anecdote: At age 19, so long ago, I sure do recall how excited and stimulated and interested my Aquarius Moon was, a month after my birthday, when I first met and quickly got to know a certain young man. It was a memorable start for things to follow…marriage, kids, and now us growing old together.
@pdw, I turned 49 today, so this doesn’t compute. I checked my 2014 return, and yes, it had Capricorn Moon, but 15 degrees apart.

Do you have any insights about the government shutdown that’s expected to take place on October 1? The Democratic Senators are standing firm on this – none of them are caving in (like they did last time) so far.
Democrats are demanding that the Republicans meet their demands to reduce Medicaid cuts and to renew the enhanced subsidies for Obamacare premiums that are set to expire at the end of the year.
Some Republicans (mostly vulnerable ones representing swing districts or purple states) are already urging for the enhanced subsidies to be renewed for another year because many of their own constituents relay on them.
Without the enhanced subsidies (which Biden added in 2022), Obamacare premiums will skyrocket for millions of Obamacare recipients of middle incomes. Low income people making about $20,000 or more a year will still receive subsidies….but not individuals making more than that.
Anyway, it’s a big headache right now. I’m curious to know what the astrology might suggest for all of this.

Meanwhile, I’ve rummaged around for relevant charts on DT and have one for approx. October 25th with an exact Neptune transit inconjunct his natal ascendant. At the same time, transit Saturn remains inconjunct his natal Mars.
His progressed Mars was exactly conjunct his natal Chiron at 14Libra55 for the military meeting of September 30. Chiron being a trouble spot in a chart, does this portend pushback, silent or otherwise, for his desire to use military internally? As it is a progression, the conjunction could take a while to work itself out.
Also, transiting Mars is applying to inconjunct his natal Sun. Seems like a line-up of trouble but who for? It could be DT causing trouble as he projects his aggression on others, or the reverse, both at the same time. Doesn’t look like there is going to be any soothing of ruffled feathers on the American eagle any time soon.

The Tarot card readers I follow (and I try to follow the ones who seem the most reliable and have made fairly accurate predictions) are all saying that October is going to be a horrible month for Donald Trump. I hope they’re right.
One Tarot reader I follow from Australia also does astrology. She often does astrological readings to see if they support her Tarot readings. Even she’s saying October looks like a horrible month for Trump (politically and Healthwise) according to Tarot and the astrology.
So, I am curious read more astrological interpretations about all of this….because I feel astrology can be more insightful and accurate than Tarot.

Hi Marjorie, can you look at George Galloway’s chart as he and his wife was arrested at Gatwick airport and held for 9 hours. He mentioned on his IG account how armed police were prodding him about his views because he is extremely critical of Kier Starmer, Donald Trump, Netanyahu, and Israel, and who appears to hate Zionism, and said they were even asking why he was supportive of China ‘even though our government have diplomatic relations with the country.’ They were also demanding to know why his wife had her nails painted in the colours of the Palestine flag. This is truly scary and enraging that out government, like the USA, are putting loyalty towards Israel and turning our police into some kind of KGB entity to help protect them.
Could you add George Soros to the mix of Trump’s Targeting
