But there were significant and relatively similar though stronger influences then – both tr Pluto and Solar Arc Pluto were bearing down on the 10th house UK Royal-ruler Moon. There was also a tr Saturn opposition tr Neptune in place and tr Uranus was about to move into the 8th.

New York also has his Moon on the Descendant.
Beijing (with uncomfortable questions being asked about associations there) – has Andrew’s evasive Neptune on the Ascendant and Uranus on the Midheaven.
Peter Mandelson who has got off lightly so far and may continue to do so, with little showing on his natal chart (without a birth time) is showing some unrest vis a vis Andrew. Their relationship chart has tr Uranus opposition the composite Pluto through April, for a spot of turbulence, followed by an even bigger upheaval with tr Pluto square the composite Uranus from late this March to late June and on and off till late 2027. Plus emotional upsets from tr Uranus opposition the composite Venus in the second half of this May and again across the New Year.
Mandelson’s relationship with Starmer will be undermined and rattled from April and more in June – though that may also be Starmer’s position as well as Mandelson’s.
I can only imagine it is Mandelson’s Midheaven and Ascendant that are taking the brunt of the present collapse which is not known without a birth time.
Other stray thought to finish – the late Queen Elizabeth 11’s reputation is being dented as more and more horrors financial and otherwise emerge from Andrew’s bad behaviour which she had the sources to keep her informed had she so wanted. Shame – she was a steadying influence – with a glaring blind spot.

Thank you as aways for an informative post, Marjorie. Based on the headline/title, I was going to joke that you have been more successful and faster than the King in relocating Andrew.
A few quick questions on specific points.

My brother has recently moved countries and his job has located him in a small city/town. If I relocate my chart to that location, it placed my Jupiter exactly (to within minutes of a degree) on the IC. On his chart, that location has no major effect like that (of course the houses change, etc, but no major aspect to the angles). Could my chart have affected his location?
Does Mars-Venus conjunction always indicate an out-of-control libido? Are there any house/sign placements that could affect it? Also, is it purely a case of heightened libido or can it suggest a big family? I wonder if it can be used to rectify the astrological charts of some men who were known to have very active sex lives.
Re Queen Elizabeth II’s blind spot, the actual blind spot is of course a real point at the back of the eye. Is there a similar astrological point or placement or synastic connection that indicates a blind spot?
Jupiter on the IC in general means a location where you feel settled or at home. You don’t necessarily have to live there though it would be a good relaxing vacation spot.
Mars Venus has a variety of meanings – usually passionate enthusiasm which can be channeled towards sex but there can be other outlets.
It is astonishing the Andrew was arrested yet Mandelson has only been questioned. It almost feels like a deflection away from the Labour Party is being set out. One has to be very careful of this highly charged situation. Also the politics involved and the scrutiny towards the Monarch. . Yet if the reports are true about the King not knowing – then this is highly significant. As he was bypassed! We have a duel leadership in Britain, Parliament and the Realm. However, PM Starmer must have known? As I cannot see the Police arresting a Royal with him knowing. So where does this leave the people/subjects/ voters? There are lots of issues here.
One of the biggest problems about securing a conviction against Andrew is that it is going to be difficult for him to have anything approaching a fair trial. This is not just due to the fevered media speculation where rumour is now frequently being cited as fact but also because stripping his titles and removing his place from the royal succession by Act of Parliament is tantamount to stating he is guilty before any evidence is presented to a jury. In addition all the allegations in the Epstein files released by the US justice department became largely inadmissible in a U.K. court the moment they were published. As hearsay they can only be used when corroborating evidence derived separately via an independent police investigation (witnesses are generally held to be in contempt of court if they publish or discuss anything before a trial). This is a fact that lots of members of the public don’t understand.
Now cynical people might think this is by design and not chance because one of the dangers for the authorities in bringing Andrew to trial is that it might reveal how much the Blair/Brown government knew about his connections and activities both before his appointment and in office. It should be noted that he would have often worked with government officials from the Department of Business in his role as Special Trade Envoy. He would also have been accompanied by royal security officers on every trip both for work and privately. They are supplied by the Metropolitan Police but operate under the oversight of Royal and VIP Executive Committee (RAVEC), which reports to the Home Office. This means there was a degree of official oversight to his life so some might wonder why he was allowed to continue to engage in activities that were allegedly criminal for so long. One can be certain that any defence counsel for Andrew will be asking for all this information to be presented to the jury.
This means the risk for the state is that fallout won’t just be confined to Andrew or even the royal family but will drag in politicians, police officers and civil servants past and present.

It kind of reminds me of the Paul Burrell trial and how, in the second week of the trial and just as Burrell was about to take the stand, that the Queen suddenly recalled a private conversation with Burrell regarding his safekeeping of Princess Diana’s papers and her agreement. Thus the trial collapsed, preventing any further, possibly far more sensitive Royal secrets coming out. In Andrew’s case, as you say the tentacles reach into the very heart of our institutions, so it won’t just be the RF who will want to avoid a trial.
I don’t think the MET should be conducting the investigation, seeing as this protection officers were MET officers. However, his self-entitlement and arrogance hasn’t induced any sense of loyalty among those who protected him. And it has done no favours to the working Royals, as their lives will not be worth living, as every little thing will be scrutinised to death. I don’t envy them.
This really is a giant elephant in the room .
Royalty are a very public version of privilege and power … what is also at play is the equally powerful players who are faceless and exert influence via lobbies and nefarious traps (financial and sexual) .
Mandelson appears to be protected by the highest levels of such characters (these lobbies are who starmer owes for his position in power and they are the kind of people the current labour government have been giving enormous contracts to … Palantir etc) .
These are people who have say in curriculums and education of say, doctors (but they also have shares in pharmaceuticals ).
They are the lobbies telling nurses and doctors in the uk what badges they can wear at work and telling our press what language they can use .
So we, the people, are witnessing an incredibly illuminating and rare insight into the machinations of power (Pluto in Aquarius ?) .
And then it came out that these same lobbies (who starmer picked) were gathering information on journalists … and THAT is when the press finally started to defend itself (and the integrity of their jobs/ position) and dished some dirt against these machinations .
