The US pro-Israel lobbying group, AIPAC has a stated mission ‘to encourage and persuade the U.S. government to enact specific policies that create a strong, enduring and mutually beneficial relationship with our ally Israel.’ It has been publicly supportive of Netanyahu’s Iran attack and Gaza campaign despite growing concern amongst moderate Jewish groups.
AIPAC, incorporated 2 January 1963, has a conservative Capricorn Sun with a pushily confident Jupiter opposition Pluto and Uranus. This September’s Lunar Eclipse will oppose its Pluto though it may have relatively little effect – Eclipses on Pluto hint at a change-or-stagnate challenge and they show no signs of softening their approach.
The relationship between AIPAC and Trump is being undermined now till late July and again through 2026 with tr Neptune conjunct the composite Sun followed by tr Saturn. The recent Iran attack was by no means initially welcomed by Trump whose relationship with Netanyahu, albeit chained-together, showed a major jolt of insecurity; as did the AIPAC/Israel relationship chart.
This September’s Pisces Lunar Eclipse also flags up on the AIPAC/USA relationship chart so it will continue to be a fluid scenario. And it opposes Netanyahu’s Saturn in Virgo for a sobering face-reality few months.
The other point of astro-interest is 4 degrees Cardinal which tr Saturn gets to late March 2026 and tr Neptune from late May 2026 onwards on and off into 2027. This will rattle Netanyahu’s Uranus at 4 degrees Cancer producing nervy responses, perhaps exacerbating his normally inflexible and uncompromising stance. Worse for him, his Progressed Mars will reach 4 degrees Libra, on the same degree after mid 2026 and sticking around for a year plus thereafter – which will be explosive and insecure, perhaps prompting macho displays.
The good times won’t be rolling anytime soon.

‘Gaza must be eliminated’: Israel’s airwaves are filled with pro-genocide propaganda.
“There are databases online with hundreds of statements which show a blurring of Hamas and the population of Gaza (including children) and a desire to inflict collective punishment. The end goal of all this is not the removal of Hamas from Gaza, but the removal of all Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank.there are databases online with hundreds of statements which show a blurring of Hamas and the population of Gaza (including children) and a desire to inflict collective punishment. The end goal of all this is not the removal of Hamas from Gaza, but the removal of all Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank.”
It’s clear now that nothing will shame the West into stopping Israel from carrying out its “total victory” in Gaza. But I’ve written this to serve as yet another reminder that we all knew what was coming. Nobody can feign ignorance. Nobody can pretend they didn’t know.”

@Andre
I am on the cusp of Gen X / Boomer.
You know these terms were created as tool for marketers don’t you? They are
generalizations that ignore complexity AND history. But useful when you want to snapshot a cohort (it must be clear to you by now from reading the comments). Also I find that these terms often erase the experiences of
individuals from other countries. I’ve lived in three different countries, 10 years plus in each. Most recently the US and I notice a tendency to imagine the world from the point of view of the American experience. Not realizing that, people growing up in other countries have different perspectives and experiences. It’s a kind of group think. It’s worth considering that. Some
‘boomers’ grew up in Chile or Tonga or Vietnam or the former Soviet Union…
Also boomers (pluto in leo and later virgo) were born into the devastation of their countries and people by the Second World War. Food rationing didn’t end in the UK until the mid ’50’s. It was boomers, energetic, dynamic, iconoclastic, stoical who helped clear up the mess and rebuild not just buildings, but institutions, industry, commerce, all the time under the threat of the bomb, and with wars such as Korea and Vietnam, plus internal domestic strife culminating in the widespread riots of 1968. Like Mary, I have lived in many different countries, which suffered to a greater or lesser extent from wars and violence. Post war US was lucky in not suffering the devastation that many others elsewhere did. Every generation has its trials and benefits. This generational war is unwarranted and boring.
Peaceful??? Vietnam, civil rights, bombs left and right w the troubles in ireland, endless wars in middle east, india pakistan 70s, indonesia, cold war… please….
I am aware of extreme voices in Israel (and many other countries), but this one sided opinion article shouldn’t be taken as a resource to understand the situation. Yes – specifically after Oct. 7 there were anger , shock and frustrations after many people from different of the world were mascaraed brutally . It is a very complex situation with limited and reliable information. The things that we know are that Israelis are still hostages in Gaza, Hamas continue to fight against Israel and kill its own people.
Boomers Peaceful youth? I am a boomer and many of my classmates and two family members died in Vietnam. Then was the Stonewall riots, Kent State, mass protests over the Vietnam war all over the country, Nixon’s policies and resignation plus despite what most people think the Blacklist ended in 1957 for the entertainment industry but not for professionals like my father and my friends parents until the mid 70’s. Many of their lives were ruined.
I too am a Boomer. It wasn’t a “peaceful” childhood. I grew up in the DC area under the constant threat of a nuclear attack, drummed in by an elementary school teacher, plus the McCarthy witch-hunts (my father was put on notice several times, expecting to lose his federal government job). The Cuban Missile Crisis left a lasting legacy of danger that never went away. My mother almost lost her teaching job because my sister was a civil rights worker. Many counties in Virginia closed their schools rather than integrate. There was constant unrest, uncertainty and threats of war, along with anti-war and civil rights demonstrations and accompanying crackdowns.
Not a peaceful, settled time to grow up.
One of the problems for the Palestinian cause down the years is that they have perhaps not put as much effort into the “how to win friends and influence people” task as they perhaps they should have. Maybe that is a lesson they should have learned from the Israelis who have been more adept at wielding influence where it counts
Astrologically the role of 4 degrees in Cardinal signs is interesting particularly as the ceasefire between Israel and Iran was agreed just before the New Moon at 4 Cancer last week which was conjunct Israel’s natal Venus at that degree. The whole region seems to go through cycles from hot war to very uneasy peace.
Boomers = Vietnam.
And the atom bomb. It was a continual threat lurking in the background of every child born mid-century to the 1980s, throughout the Cold War. The stuff of nightmares. Anyone remember ‘Threads’?
It is now clear this 12-day war was not decisive. It may indeed be a preliminary skirmish leading to a wider conflict. Israel’s chart will be afflicted for many years. Trump and Netanyahu will leave a legacy of unresolved wars. The Boomers were not grateful for their unique peaceful youth, now as they grow old they reap a dose of reality.
