Joe Biden has been diagnosed with aggressive advanced prostate cancer which has metastasised to his bones with puzzled medical experts saying ‘For even with the most aggressive form, it is a five to seven year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic.’ ‘Meaning it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and first be diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025.’ ‘Last summer, White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor swore to the American people that Joe Biden was “completely fit for the presidency”.
Biden has previously battled cancer before and in 1988 had two brain aneurysms that threatened to end his political career.
Born 20 November 1942 6.32 am Scranton, Pennsylvania, he has three pointers to potential health issues. Tr Pluto has been squaring his Taurus Moon since March 2024 on and off till late 2025; plus his Solar Arc Pluto is exactly opposition his Moon at the moment (within four minutes of a degree = one fifteenth of a degree) which will put even more pressure on his Moon. The Moon can represent the body as well as home/domestic life and childhood past. It won’t always point to health issues but it can do.
His Progressed Moon is also exactly now moving into his 6th house of health to stay for two years plus, joining tr Uranus which moved into his 6th in 2020 and stays for another two years.
He also had a calamitous tr Uranus square his Mars/Saturn midpoint recently late this April and early this month; with tr Uranus now opposition his Scorpio Sun and then Venus till mid June and repeating on and off till April 2026 hinting at a significant upheaval.
Kevin O’Conner, the White House physician is coming in for criticism, 4 April 1961, a Sun Aries square Mars in Cancer. He is looking rattled ahead though putting on a confident face. If anything his relationship with Jill Biden looks most stressed.
Jill Biden, 3 June 1951 8.58 pm Hammonton, New Jersey, is a hard-working and feisty New Moon Mars in Gemini. Her chart is not showing much obviously except down in the midpoints which do have calamities writ large running alongside a determinedly upbeat Jupiter influence as well.
Her relationship with Joe has been rattled over the past few months especially recently.

I was listening to NPR today while driving around town and was pleasantly surprised to hear the prominent oncologist being interviewed say that Biden’s prognosis is not quite as dire as most would assume. The doctor said that Biden can’t be cured but with all the advanced treatments now available (as opposed to a decade or so ago) he could well live into his mid or late 80s.
I don’t see many astrologers highlighting the fact that Biden just entered the period of his tNeptune to nNeptune Opposition, typically experienced around age 82-83, if someone lives long enough to experience it. This transit is for all but a select few, the last hard major tNeptune to nNeptune cycle transit experienced in their lives since precious few human beings make it past 120, and a full Neptune cycle spans 165 years.
In fact, Jeanne Calment, the oldest verified lived person in modern history, aged 122, passed away while tNeptune was in exact closing square to her natal Neptune in late Aries, quite possibly the only person ever in all of human history on Earth to experience this transit. Something to think about. This makes me wonder if something highlighting her exceptional longevity, or perhaps human life extension, will come to the fore around what would be her Neptune Return, near the late 2030s. Perhaps someone else will emerge to challenge and break her record, living to 123, 125, or longer still?
But I digress. The obvious implications of the Neptune Opposition Neptune transit in the context of advanced age and physical decline are that this period can be a time of spiritual awakening and awareness, or confusion, or disillusionment and resignation, much having to do with the spiritual development (or lack thereof) of the native. The body by this point in our lives is quite often well into its downward arc of advanced aging and decline, the awareness of which can precipitate the usual ego-based end of life fears and paranoias, or perhaps else the afore-suggested soul-awareness of what awaits beyond this life.
I suspect that Biden is already well aware that his days are numbered few, but he may find some peace and solace in his faith, having already endured so much loss, hardship and tragedy throughout the course of his life with the loss of his first wife and daughter, and more recently his son Beau, as well as several brushes with his own mortality.
He’s also on the verge of his Uranus Return as well, which comes within a degree this Summer with Uranus’ first ingress into Gemini, but won’t actually be exact until about a year from now.
Although everyone’s chart and journey are unique, I would certainly caution Trump that he faces his own tNeptune to nNeptune Opposition in 2027, followed in short order by his Uranus Return in 2028, and his Pluto Opposition in 2029. He is in no physical condition himself to be tossing bricks at anyone else’s windows.
Maybe one of the reforms that comes out of this period is an upper age limit for qualifying to hold office in the US. The country certainly has not heeded Nelson Mandela’s wisdom that octogenarians should not hold elected offices.
Perhaps worth noting the Lunar Eclipse in Virgo (23-24) back in March. Close to JB’s MC, and the Virgo Neptune-Gemini Mars square in the USA’s founding chart. It opposed Saturn in Pisces, planet of old age. Brady says this Saros Series is associated with ‘sudden physical events’, which may or may not be dangerous. The same may be said of Donald Trump’s Gemini Sun and Sagittarius Moon opposition, although I’m not sure how much effect an eclipse squaring natal planets might have.
I agree with Roderick about DT’s ageing, but some of that will be the strain of being President while apparently surviving on a rubbish diet and very little sleep…. However, I’ve always noticed how many British PM’s age rapidly once in office, even at much younger ages than the current POTUS. ‘Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown’ as Shakespeare wrote.
Jane, Trump is so emotionally brittle and overreacts without fail to each and every perceived slight to his ego real or imagined. If not for his malignant narcissism, it would be a mystery as to why such a man would ever want to put himself through the pressure cooker that is the POTUS, being hell-bent on stirring up everything and everyone against him at that.
While he very much wants to believe himself to be invincible, he is no less subject to the ravages of time and mortality than anyone else, as I believe we will see with increasing clarity this year.
As others have suggested, as with Biden, we likely aren’t getting a full picture of Trump’s health either. He’s also not the man he was in 2016 when he first emerged onto the scene, or even when he was driven out in 2020. So much for aging with grace and humility.

The Saturn-Neptune conjunction in the 4th is opposing natal Neptune in the 10th. That brings a dissolution of his wordly status. Jupiter will be conjunct natal Jupiter in the 8th next spring, while transiting Uranus in the 6th is now square natal Uranus in the 9th.

Scott Adams has also been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones. He let his podcast listeners know today and said it’s terminal and he only has a few months to live. Will probably be gone by this summer. A few months ago he complained about pain on one side of his body and the next day it would switch to the other side, back and forth. He said it’s an effort every day to move and is now using a walker. So yes, this cancer can move quite swiftly and in the bones can kill quickly too. He said he’s always been able to see his future but knew he would die this year as he only sees black now.

Astrologically speaking Joe Biden appears to have had health problems for a while now, though some people are surprised of what is being made public now. There are reports of some democrats demanding to know why his health issues has been hidden for such a long time. Joe Biden shares the same aspects with King Charles, they both have the Taurus moon which is currently squared by Pluto in Aquarius. They are both suffering from prostate cancer, the 6th house rule’s health as we know it. I did mention in my previous comments about Donald Trump’s health too, Pluto is moving in his 6th house too, and as it looks now, his health issues are also hidden from public knowledge. One of the things I love about Astrology is that it does not lie, same as a person’s birth chart, it doesn’t lie. It seems like the White House physician is good at cover ups or maybe he is instructed to do so.

People seem to conveniently forget that during Trump’s first term that someone broke into his personal physician’s office in NYC and stole his records and the doctor died shortly thereafter.
Trump has aged tremendously since the election.
But not fodder for right-wing conspiracy theorists I guess.
This has precedents in that both JFK and FDR had health issues which were kept secret from the public. Perhaps this goes back to the ancients and the primitive belief that a king who becomes ill has displeased the gods or that the health of a king reflects the overall health and prosperity of the nation.

I’m not sure about the ‘expert’ opinions, since standard blood tests for prostate cancer have been shown to be unreliable in many cases, and it is possible to be asymptomatic for quite a long time. So unless extensive tests and scans were carried out, it is perfectly possible for this cancer to go undetected. I’ve seen this before, with two types of cancer afflicting two people – both much younger than Biden – in my own life.
And how curious to see that Taurus Moon, close to the Taurus Moon of King Charles III. For KC, his Moon aligns with the Taurus Nodes. For JB, his Moon is trine the Node in Virgo. The Moon and Nodes together can represent the lymphatic system, plus all kinds of symbolic transport, movement, and passageways. Biden’s illness may even go back to the transit of Saturn in Pisces, starting at the South Node and now moving towards opposing Neptune in Libra. Saturn rules our bones, so I think could be involved in any astrological picture.
The approaching tr Saturn opposition to Neptune could signify the confusion around the history of his illness, and perhaps be a significant turning point when it joins Neptune in opposition in the coming weeks?
I hope his treatment improves any current symptoms – there’s a good chance it will. But he will be living with this for the rest of his life.
@Jane, a Finnish urology professor Antti Rannikko stated to Yle that Stage 4 prostate cancer with bone metastasis seems, indeed, of a very aggressive type and could, potentially, develop within a between a standard blood test and another. I take this as an impartial evaluation based on the diagnosis, because a Finnish media does not need to cover for some gossipy behavior the US press has engaged in. Link below:

Thanks Solaia! Yes, I do know someone whose standard test was clear, but was diagnosed with this exact same cancer three months later at a much younger age than Biden. Treatment was successful in prolonging life for a decade. So I agree with you here, and do not know what the US press is going on about! Many doctors have expressed doubts about the standard blood test, which can sometimes show both a false positive and a false negative. Although, for balance, I have sometimes wondered about the strict accuracy of these presidential health checks!
According to the press today, Charles has written privately to Joe Biden, giving his support and best wishes to the former president. Biden himself had offered his support to Charles when it was announced he was undergoing cancer treatment. It’s heartening to learn of their mutual Tauran Moons and nodal aspects. Taurean moons tend to be incredibly loyal and nurturing.
