In many ways he has good crossovers with Trump since his Jupiter is conjunct DT’s Mars in Leo and his Sun is conjunct DT’s 2nd house Jupiter. Fused together by a love of money and grandiose ventures.
But Thiel’s Uranus Pluto square Mars in Sagittarius crashes into DT’s Gemini Sun opposition Moon for an aggravated emotional interface. And Thiel’s Saturn opposes DT’s Neptune for a distrustful combination.
What will be interesting to watch in terms of the Trump/Thiel relationship is what will happen when tr Uranus squares the composite Pluto this July and then opposes the composite Saturn from August onwards, both repeating in 2026. They may appear locked together (composite Saturn square Pluto) by ideology and circumstances but there will be a high-tension eruption and a significant pulling apart. Essentially they are at odds on the ego front anyway with a composite Mars Neptune conjunction hinting that a win for one is a loss for the other.
Thiel is in for a lucky break this June, December and March 2026 when tr Uranus squares his Jupiter. Though will fare less well in 2028/9 when tr Neptune is conjunct his Saturn for losses and uncertainty; with a couple of debilitating Solar Arcs at the same time.
I’ve never looked at his chart. Libra Sun oppose Aries Saturn. Libertarianism isn’t the point. Inherent opposition to Saturn authority. Not accepting monarchy, democracy or any kind of authority. There is no patriotism to any country here. Rebellion, Uranus, linked to Pluto and Ceres (Persephone glyph). He has been controlled but has he broken free? Wish I knew in what house that occurred.

Interestingly, Thiel was born a day (and half?) apart from California Governor and 2028 Presidential hopeful Gavin Newsom, Oct 10th 1967 5:13 am San Francisco, who has drawn some controversy due to his new podcast where he has invited “popular” right wing figures. Therefore, their planetary weather is quite similar.
I love the difference in their Sun Sabian symbols, too. Newsom is a “Retired sea captain watches ships entering and leaving harbour”, when San Francisco was born out of and long reliant on seafair. Thiel is “Two people who have to give an accounting for their acts before the tribunal of society”.

@Virgoflake, well, the symbol is all about accountability. An interesting tidbit on Thiel: He studied Law, and wanted to become a judge. He even clerked for a Conservative SCOTUS, I think Scalia, but didn’t get ahead, and entered business world. In that, he might have more in common with Usha Vance than JD, she too went the “clerking” role to a law firm road, as did JD, but not as successfully.

Astro.com shows Cory Booker’s natal data as 27 April 1969 at 01:10 am, Washington DC (from memory). They give it a Rodden rating A. Aquarius rising at 1 degree, so getting the Pluto transit into his first house. Third house Taurus Sun 7 degrees, with Saturn widely conjunct from 29 Aries, and Sun trine Virgo Moon at 4 degrees. His Mercury in Taurus conjunct his IC is opposite Neptune conjunct his MC, with Uranus currently exactly conjunct his Mercury at 24 Taurus, firing up that idealism.
