In light of the widespread George Floyd protests, many DNC leaders are increasingly urging Biden to choose a woman of color as his running mate. Kamala Harris is already a player in that regard. And now it’s reported that Demings has ascended to Biden’s short list of possible picks. She is a former police chief and currently serves in the House. She was a strong voice on the impeachment team re Trump. Does she look like a winner come November?
Will do tomorrow. Must say I am getting – well not that unusual – monumentally sick of the USA election. It’s beyond interminable and obscenely expensive. It’ll be another two months before he chooses and I wish he just do it and get it over with.
Can I with the experts that what I’m seeing happening in the US is part of the crisis of its Pluto return? Thanks

Sally Rooney herself is only 29 and been called the voice of her generation. It’s nice to see young, emerging talent and would be interesting to get your thoughts on Daisy Edgar-Jones, Paul Mescal and Sally Rooney.

I just read an article in the Guardian about Diana Kennedy, an astonishing woman who is THE reason we all know about Mexican food. The article calls her “The Indiana Jones” of food!
Still alive at 97, she is one heck of a Force!! What an interesting life she has made.
