Two Virgos, two lawsuits with hints of judicial scepticism arising out of both, which could prove ruinously expensive.
The judge in actress Blake Lively’s claims of sexual harassment while on set with Justin Baldoni, has dismissed ten out of the thirteen claims she made, saying actors need to be able to experiment. The case with the remainder is expected to go to trial on May 18, including claims Baldoni’s company retaliated against her after she complained about misconduct which her lawyers claim materially altered her career prospects.
Born 25 August 1987 5.07 am Tarzana, California, she has a stellium in Virgo which tr Uranus will start to rattle up when it squares her Sun and Mars in late May for jolting insecurity; then moves on to square her Venus for emotional upsets in June and continues off and on into 2027 when tr Uranus squares her Mercury for outbursts. Plus her midpoints hint at a run of setbacks this year and next.
The lesson might be that the lawsuit has done more to damage her chances than anything else.
Not that Justin Baldoni, 24 January 1984 8.30pm Los Angeles, is looking overly cheerful with tr Pluto conjunct his Aquarius Sun and square his Pluto Moon this year and his Mars in 2027/2028. That looks completely trapped.
They were a bad fit as a working unit with her Pluto conjunct his Mars and her can-be-autocratic Saturn Uranus falling in his 4th with her Virgo planets in his 12th – she would have an emotionally disconcerting effect on him. And with his Scorpio Moon conjunct Pluto and Mars he will have an edgy relationship with women best the best of times.
The other Virgo is Prince Harry (along with others) wielding the sword of justice against the Daily Mail, claiming personal information had been obtained illegally. As the case closed the judge issued what appeared to be a warning about the lack of evidence from the claimants, whose barrister suggested that if private details were published, they must have been obtained unlawfully. Whereas some evidence was led that friends or others, even the claimants themselves, might have been the source in certain cases.
Judgement is not expected until the summer or even early autumn. Prince Harry has previously won small damages against the Mirror Group and an apology from The Sun. But in this case the stakes are high with an estimated £38 million in costs if the case is not proved.
Prince Harry, 15 September 1984 4.20 pm London, has an intense 8th house Virgo Sun in an impatient square to Mars and a packed 9th (legal) house with Venus, Pluto and Saturn there. He is not having the greatest year with his Solar Arc Midheaven conjunct his 12th house (overly hopeful) Neptune, exact in six months, which may dent a few of his delusions. He also has a disappointing tr Neptune square his Jupiter late April to late May, and again mid August to late September. His Progressed Moon also collides with his Mars in September which will not make for a peaceful few weeks.

Is that ceres in harrys chart at 5 aquarius? Being hit by transiting pluto.
Psyche – the road to true love in long and winding
In Prince Harry’s chart perhaps some of the positive transits which will unfold around the same time as the more challenging ones Marjorie has pointed out will help mitigate the outcome of this legal challenge? Then again, perhaps my overly optimistic Sagittarius outlook is skewing this viewpoint???
Jupiter, the natural ruler of the 9th house of legal actions, is in the natal 12th and that placement often acts as a “guardian angel”, a protector of sorts, however it is in Capricorn so it is in its Fall which means it has to work harder. Natally it does form a trine with his Mercury, which reflects his natural ability as a communicator, demonstrated in the praise he is receiving worldwide of late for the speeches he has been giving at various events. There is also an exact trine with Juno in his chart, the marriage symbol.
When Jupiter moves into Leo during the northern hemisphere’s Winter, it will trine his Sagittarius Uranus in August, trine his Sagittarius Mars in September as well as sextile his Libra Venus around the same time.
There is also a New Moon conjunct his natal Venus in October which will also sextile his Mars.
It’s not that I choose to ignore the challenging and tough transits, of course their impact will be felt, it’s more that I always try to look for positives to balance out challenging aspects in any chart, to give some sort of hope to the overall outcome.
Just noting that Harry’s Pluto is in his 9th and commenting that Pluto transited through my 9th house through the 2010s and into this decade. It’s a harder transit than I expected. I had the dark night of the soul, I felt great bouts of ennui throughout, not really knowing what I wanted to do and while I had some aims they rarely seemed to come to fruition. But throughout that period I was constantly reading and amassing knowledge. Part of that learning was to go out and throw my ideas on sites like this to see how they’d stand up to criticism and questioning and hoping to teach others something better. It feels like that would be a version of what drives Harry. And let’s take note that Harry has Mars, Uranus, Neptune in Sag which are also related to the 9th. His Jupiter is also ruled by his Ascendant so sets his approach to the world.
I couldn’t really see any of this until Pluto began to settle into my 10th. Over the last few years, I’ve found it harder to read books or watch videos that would once have interested me just for anything I might learn or glean from them. I’ve moved out of the ivory tower of learning into wanting to apply all that I know for my own benefit and somehow I’m now achieving more successes. I do still share some stuff (as this post shows) but it’s not the same as it once was with the shift from 9th to 10th.
How is Pluto placed in your natal chart? ‘Cos I have found through my own experience with the tougher outer transits that if they are well placed (harmoniously) in my natal chart, I have been able to navigate their transit in a challenging position to my natal planets more comfortably. That’s not to say that it was ever a breeze. Just curious if that has been your experience.
Observing relatives, I seem to have tumbled onto an advise I read somewhere, “keep working with Pluto, stay active regardless of outcome”. I have seen it freezing energy levels in 3h but if pushed daily then it ensures , no sedentary lifestyle and same for 2h and other houses.
Jupiter governs middle age so lawsuits even with it in lucky 8h or 12h ,don’t seem to favor in old age as its solely saturn report card age, as i observed.
Pluto depends a lot on sign it’s in, with Aquarius its shocking immediately with entry while with capricorn,it favoured materialism after half cycle
My Pluto makes a couple of sextiles and trines in major aspects so I guess it’s decently placed. Transit Pluto hasn’t really bothered me that much in life apart from three specific occasions – crossing my Descendant, squaring my Sun and squaring itself. I’ve generally been able to let go and work with the energy which is really its key – take control of yourself, don’t try to control others or the situation around you.
