  1. Katie Price banned from driving for the 7th time. Her chart must be being shaken up by Uranus as I recall she is early Gemini sun with Moon in opposition and some late Leo planets.

It’s quite sad that she can’t deal with whatever is on the inside upsetting her. But that’s not unusual just that she’s a very visible, extreme version of someone with those problems.

  2. Does it shed any light to look at Trump’s The Apprentice show debut: 8 January 2004 9 pm New York City EST (Wiki).
This is when he burst into the sight & minds of 20 million U.S. viewers. (Including seeping into the heads of infants, toddlers & children who would become 1st-time voters in 2024. it wasn’t necessarily a show that parents would turn off around kids as there was no guns and blood.)
His final show garnered 28 million viewers and was the most popular new show in 2004.
His carefully curated image portrayed him as a strong, savvy, successful business leader. Producers said his sexist & racist comments hit the cutting-room floor and that post-production editing enhanced his dialogue and fed him lines to appear articulate & concise. They say that on location he could barely put a sentence together about how a task would work.

  3. Dear Marjorie, The “Guardian” just provided an interview with the journalist who investigated Opus Dei as a sinister power within the Catholic Church which seems to been able to negatively impact the world, right to the American Supreme Court. (See: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2026/apr/06/opus-dei-gareth-gore-pope-leo) That Pope Leo is now open to learning about and presumably countering this organization is promising. Might you consider looking into the related astrology? This seems to be a time when long-hidden truths are finally coming out! Thanks for considering this.

  4. Part of Fortune – I am puzzling over how significant it is. It makes sense in my own chart but I am puzzled about how it works in general especially since it seems to appear frequently on the axis for conflicts etc. Anyone with any thoughts do pitch in and I will try to pull together some pointers.

    • I heard an astrologer once say to look for the exact transit of the traditional planetary ruler to your PoF for fated incidents to occur. I do look out for mine as I receive that transit once a year. Odd things have happened, sort of quirks, but have they turned my fate, I’m not sure. I recall looking at Boris Johnson’s transit of Saturn, the planetary ruler of his PoF, and I think it was the date he was first quizzed about PartyGate in Parliament, so maybe some truth in it. As for its natal placement I don’t know, it dictates zodiacal releasing but I haven’t got to grips with that. Would be really interesting to hear your thoughts.

      • As Marjorie notes, the PoF does seem to crop up in charts for conflicts and downfalls. At one point I was calling it the Part of Misfortune! I suspect it operates a bit like the Wheel of Fortune in the Tarot – turning round and round, with both good and unfortunate possibilities? Even Jupiter can bring challenging times, over enthusiasm, eating, spending….etc. I also wonder about the Vertex, which some say is significant.

      • One of the most horrible experiences of my youth happened when transit Mars/Saturn was on my POF, however, my POF is also conjunct my north node, BML on the same degree and 3 degrees away from Uranus in the 12th. So any transits there have the potential to unleash a whole bunch of ‘fated’ stuff.

    • My father started giving me some money when Pluto transit conjunct my POF (8th house)(within 3 degree orb). I always wondered if Pluto would bring money how come it didn’t happen under Pluto in Capricorn. It was only recently that I started paying attention to POF that I suspect was the reason.

    • We knew she was a goner when the White House allowed the Republican House Oversight committee to subpoena her to testify about the Epstien files.
Word on the curb is that Tulsi Gabbord is is getting the ax next.
The people who choose to work for Trump are going to learn that loyalty is a one-way street for Donny Two-Dolls.
I hope the 53% of white women who voted for Trump in 2024 notice a pattern.

      • Yes, all that fawning over the ‘greatest president ever’ and he kicks them to the curb. He was even hinting at Leavitt’s demise yesterday – which can’t come soon enough afaiac – but he was always going to throw the women under the bus first. Project 25 paints a truly grim future for American women’s rights. I wonder if those maga-voting women will embrace having the vote taken away from them as well as the right to work?

    • Wow Marjorie, Wow

“Pam Bondi – a slippery Scorpio”
      8th October 2025 by Marjorie

“There is no birth time as yet so exact timing is tricky to pin down within a month or two but her chart is labouring under exceedingly panicky stars at the moment with her Solar Arc Uranus Pluto conjunct her Neptune and her Progressed Mars square all three. Plus tr Neptune which was square her Mars recently in July/August when she was tripped up lying about the Epstein files, returns April, October 2026 and early 2027 – which usually indicates failure and a sinking feeling – not career friendly for sure. Even earlier in March 2026 and November 2026 to January 2027 tr Neptune conjunct her Mars/Jupiter midpoint will see her confidence take a similar dent. Tr Saturn Neptune is also square her Jupiter across this winter which will do nothing to boost her morale with arguments galore and career setbacks through 2026 from Mercury midpoints etc.’

    • Apparently, Hegseth is in deep water too, with “elements in White House” blaming him for the mess in Iran. So, he goes and ousts Army Chief of Staff Randy George .

Interestingly, Trump’s First Administration started to seriously waver Easter 2017 (late April, the Easter was 14th), with the shouting match between Steve Bannon and Jared Kushner photographed on long objective. It will certainly be an interesting Egg Roll this year with the Vance Kids!

      • Transit Mars in Pisces has been making Hegseth even more belligerent than usual as it’s been opposing his Saturn in Virgo recently and is about to land on his Moon/Scheat in the middle of next week, which given the unpredictability of this war has the potential to be disastrous for him. Sacking the Army Chief of Staff might indicate that the military have serious misgivings about the legality of this conflict, as well as the potential for war crime charges, especially regarding the bombing of the school and the needless slaughter of 160 little girls.

Meanwhile, Tulsi Gabbard also looks astrologically vulnerable as transit Pluto approaches her 7 Aquarius SN and Saturn, her 8 degree Mercury in Aries, thereafter it moves forward to conjunct her Mars/Sun/Venus in Aries into 2027. Bondi, with her Mars in early Capricorn has felt the full force of the Saturn/Neptune conjunction in square. It will be interesting to see what happens when Uranus ingresses into Gemini and approaches her NN at 7 degrees of the sign. Although it is too wide for a conjunction, she also has Venus there. Prince Andrew also has Mars/Venus in Capricorn which Marjorie once described as goat-like in the devilish sense. The way Bondi turned her back and coldly refused to even acknowledge the victims in the room, when she went before Congress earlier this year, was most telling. Chilly Capricorn energy right there.

        • It’s also been suggested that the reason for Randy George’s sacking was connected to Hegseth’s firing of two black male and two female officers’ promotions.

From yesterday’s NY Times: ‘Hegseth had been pressing Driscoll and General George for months to remove the officers from the promotion list. But Mr. Driscoll and General George refused, citing the officers’ long records of exemplary service.

‘Two weeks ago, General George asked Mr. Hegseth to meet with him to discuss the removal of the four officers from the one-star list, as well as the general’s view that Mr. Hegseth was interfering unnecessarily in Army personnel decisions overall, the officials said. Mr. Hegseth refused to meet with General George about the matter, they said’.

  5. She’s adorable! Congratulations on your new household member and distractor! There’s a reason people on social media share and ask their followers to share photos of their pets during particularly awful days in the news. I can’t have pets where I live now so I appreciate online versions. 🙂

  6. Hi Marjorie, will you at some point be taking a look at the very ambitious Artemis space programme which aims to land astronauts on the moon in 2028 and by 2032 should culminate in a semi-permanently manned base there. Artemis II will be launched later tonight at the height of the full moon in Libra which I guess underlines the cooperative nature of the enterprise. TIA

    • Seems like they are safely orbiting Earth now. The huge rocket was named for Artemis, Apollo’s twin sister in Greek mythology. Goddess of the Moon, wild animals, hunting, and young women, she’s quite wild and implacable in many myths. The full Moon in Libra was, by one of those astrological ‘coincidences’ aligned with the fixed star Alchita, alpha star of Corvus, the Raven constellation. The raven is a bird symbolic of her twin brother, Apollo or Phoebus.

When Typhon came rushing toward Olympus, the gods fled in terror to Egypt where they disguised themselves as animals; Apollo (Phoebus) became a raven:

“Corvinus, winner of spoils and a name, aided in combat by a bird which hides beneath a bird’s exterior the godhead of Phoebus” Astronomica, Manilius, 1st century AD

  7. Came two videos on Youtube, one of which was about how other countries are developing their own national payment systems to get around having to use Visa and Mastercard. The other one was about the situation in in the Strait of Hormuz and how Iran is monetising it. The bit I found interesting was that Iran is taking payments in Chinese yuan, to bypass US control of its finances.

I also remember reading a while ago that Germany is considering withdrawing its gold from the US Federal reserve, because the US is not trusted to hold it in the German interest.

The IT devices of EU officials who visit the US are now treated with as much suspicion (of having been potentially infected by malware/spyware/espionage software) as those devices that have been taken to China.

A lot of US economic power is based on the US’s control of international modes of payments and the currency passing through its banks. I suspect that the Iran conflict will accelerate the de-dollarisation of the fossil fuel industry at the very least. And the global reputation of the US is tarnished for quite a while. I doubt that even a Democrat president will be able to restore the US’s reputation or economic power after the spectacular self-immolation by the US.

As an aside, I saw some jokes online about nobody suspecting that President Trump was an activist for Just Stop Oil. He’s achieved it way better for them than teenagers splashing soups on pieces of art.

  8. Reading that UK estate agents are filing a class action lawsuit against Rightmove – the property selling portal – for excessive fees. No surprise because Rightmove has cornered the market and there isn’t anyone buying/selling who doesn’t use it.

Quick look suggests it was incorporated on May 16, 2000 which is late Taurus with the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction and Venus also in the mix. All square Uranus in Aqua. Talk about a chart that tells a story.

  9. Congratulations on your new little dog Marjorie! Such a very pretty face, but I suspect a very determined personality amidst the adorable fluff. Whatever I came here to post has flown straight out of my head…..

    • She is not quite what I had in mind since my last one was a Weimaraner. But since I have just bought a house with sheep on three sides a Jack Russell or pair which was in my mind would not do. The Weimaraner would have eaten them before breakfast.
This wind up teddy bear has her moments but compare to the last one is a dawdle.

      • Your new baby is adorable! Please share her name! Is she a pure bred or a mix? A puppy or adult? Thanks for posting her photo!

        • A Lhasa Apso, which was originally Tibetan – an inside guard dog and she does have a high pitched bark. Tashi by name who was the Tibetan goddess of food fortune Though most often is referred to as Tiddles or Squiggle which I must stop since I can hardly use that as recall outside.

          • She is adorable and looks very cuddlesome 🙂

I tend to prefer larger dogs because they are easier to spot when I am walking about.

When I was a teenager, I accidentally stepped on and broke a leg of a very energetic Pomeranian who was literally running in circles around me. I was of course deeply sorry for that accident, but I didn’t see that dog after that. I think they sent the dog to stay with my friend’s grandparents, after a stint at the vet’s. So I tend to be cautious around small dogs.

          • She looks like a cuddly bundle of joy. And I really like Squiggle and Tiddles, though Tashi is charming, too. Furry kids by definition require multiple affectionate nicknames.

          • Such a pretty dog! They sometimes feature in Tibetan iconography as ‘lion dogs’, their ancestors bred to resemble lions, associated with protection and strength, they ward off evil spirits and as guardians, protect the Dharma. In Buddhist iconography, they appear in pairs, the male on the right his paw resting on a ball representing the world and the female on the left, her paw resting on a puppy representing protection. Sometimes one lion dog has its mouth open to represent ‘ah’ and the other closed to represent the ‘om’, the beginning and end of all things, the ‘a-um’ which is the primordial sound of the universe.
