Emanuela Orlandi was a young Vatican State resident who disappeared in 1983 aged 15. She left behind not just a bereft family but also a string of fantastical theories ranging from kidnapping by the group supporting the Turkish would-be assassin of Pope John Paul to her murder after a sex orgy involving Vatican police and foreign officials. Recently there has been an attempt to exhume some Vatican tombs in the thought she might have been buried there but to date nothing has been identified as her.
Born 14 January 1968, she was a Sun Capricorn trine Uranus Pluto sextile Neptune and thus not without ambition; she also had an adventurous, risk-taking Mars in Pisces opposition Jupiter square a social-butterfly Venus in Sagittarius.
When she disappeared on 22 June 1983 three days before a Lunar Eclipse there was a high-risk, ruthless Mars trine Pluto Saturn in Libra with an attracted-to-glamour Mars opposition Neptune. The Lunar Eclipse had that can-be-perverse Mars opposition Neptune trine Saturn (Pluto) all three in exact aspect so very strong.
There wasn’t much going on visibly in her chart, with no birth time, apart from tr Neptune square her Mars/Node midpoint suggesting falsehoods were around – and she had a fairly susceptible nature with her Sun square her Neptune/Pluto midpoint. Tr Saturn was also conjunct her Uranus/Neptune midpoint which can suggest loss of consciousness and great confusion.
I’m not sure why investigations have re-started this year after so long but for what it’s worth tr Pluto is conjunct her Sun and trine her Pluto (Uranus – indicating some shift in her ?? – story.

The case in Italy is still alive, and always has been on & off.
While in one of the Vatican garden she said that an high priest made a pass on her, then young teen.
A week before her disappearance she participated with other students in a television show.
Somebody obviously targeted her, her disappearance was organised to every detail.
And when you hear things like the pope was inviting girls to his bedroom. There was a priest looking after the inmates & became friends with a criminal, he was the one who organised Manuela kidnapping.
This case is particular bc the people involved, Manuela Vatican City citizen, the Polish pope, a criminal buried in one of the most treasured Chapels in the Vatican, her family that wants to know the truth!
We all Italians want the truth.
Another girl disappeared soon after Manuela, same age and countless other girls disappeared that time in Rome.

It’s not all about Manuela but about what happens behind closed doors at the Vatican. Sex parties? Mafia? Money laundering?
To see if the police were involved we would add asteroids Polizzi and Constablle to the 90 degree tridial. If these asteroids fall on the parans axes ….that would indicate police involvement. What I find interesting is the timing of this case: Emanuela went missing during the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Libra of the early 80s and the recent events surrounding her possible burial location have taken place during the current Saturn/Pluto conjunction. Also, as you say transiting Pluto has been conjunct her natal Sun and the Capricornian/Saturn/Pluto themes of bones, burial and unearthing the past come into play.
Naturally the story is going to give rise to a multitude of conspiracy theories with its Vatican connection. Father Gabriel Amarth, the John Paul II appointed exorcist, had claimed that the victim was kidnapped by the Mafia for the purpose of Vatican sex parties. However, this same cleric believes that Yoga and Harry Potter are the works of the Devil and that gay people are possessed by demons.
My gut feeling is that this is a mystery which will unfortunately never be solved.
A birth time is not needed….everything is revealed when we use a 90 degree tridial….natal, solar arc and transits for disappearance.
On this dial, using asteroids for further meaning, we see the following:
1.Solar Arc Sun = Trans Lucretia(rape victim) =Toro-Pluto(Brutality) = trans Atropos(ending, death).
2. Natal Sun = Europa(abduction/rape) = trans Atropos(ending, death)= trans Osiris(death).
3. Solar Arc Asc= Europa(abduction/rape)-Lucretia(rape victim)= trans Toro(brutalized) = Solar Arc Pluto-Toro= Osiris(death)/Atropos(end).
If we wanted to see if Turkey was involved we would add asteroid Turkey to the dial and see if it is in parans with the above.
Mr. Morris, thank you for this tutorial. The asteroids have been so accurate, I’d be hesitant to use this as a tool in my own chart. I’d have to find which asteroids mean “dodges a bullet” and “avoids disaster” and see if any of them are in the tridial before I’d take a peek at whatever else is there!
But it is highly interesting to see them used in a historical sense. Asteroids are a valuable co-factor.
